    工作职责: Financial Accounting & Control: Best practice financial accounting processes in a robust control environment  Overall management of the accounting records and financial reports of the hotel ensuring compliance with company, owner, statutory and fiscal requirements and timetables.  Where applicable the above must include the accounts for Hilton’s branch or subsidiary.  Ensure that the balance sheet is a fair reflection of the assets and liabilities of the hotel. Reporting should not only look to historical performance within the hotel, but also outwards and forwards.  Ensures corporate reporting is timely and accurate. Looking Ahead: Operating against meaningful strategic plans and budgets with accurate forecasting  Take a support role to the General Manager in hotel strategic planning.     3个班次,早班上6下15:30中间有休息,中班上9下9中间有休息,第三个班次上早晚两头班,中午回家。 岗位职责: 1. 负责酒店餐饮区域的日常运营管理,统筹人员安排、服务流程优化及标准执行,确保运营效率和服务质量。 2. 监督食品安全与卫生管理,严格执行食材储存和使用规范,保障用餐安全。 3. 组织开展员工培训与绩效考核,提升团队服务技能和整体协作水平。 4. 协调处理客户反馈与投诉,持续改进服务体验,维护酒店品牌形象。 5. 配合上级完成经营数据分析、成本控制及其他交办任务。 任职要求: 1. 具备良好的沟通能力和团队管理意识,能有效协调团队工作。 2. 工作认真负责,有较强的服务意识和应变处理能力。 3. 能适应轮班工作安排,具备一定的抗压能力。 4. 有意愿在酒店餐饮管理领域长期发展,学习能力强。 5. 诚实守信,品行端正,无不良从业记录。

    1.         确保部门内的良好沟通及团队合作; 2.         按照要求参加部门内的会议及培训; 3.         在楼层主管的管辖下,负责清洗消毒客用杯具并做好相关记录; 4.         熟悉清洗杯具消毒设施和设备,严格按照标准程序和清洁程序操作,保证杯具的清洁卫生; 5.         清洗消毒过程中注意保护好杯具,轻拿轻放,尽量减少损耗; 6.         着装、卫生、制服和仪表符合酒店要求; 7.         保持工作区域的清洁卫生; 8.         向楼层主管汇报清洁消毒设备的问题和故障以及清洁消毒易耗品的消耗; 9.         定期汇报杯具的损耗并及时补充; 10.     在出租率允许的情况下,帮助服务员收集脏杯具; 11.     能够适应主管安排的其它班次; 12.     做好充足准备,以应对紧急事件的发生,例如火灾,停电,地震和炸弹威胁等; 13.     完成领导指派的其它职责及任务。 14.     以及部门上级领导或酒店委派的其他工作任务。
