The Learning and Development Manager willbe responsible for ensuring that all learning and organizational developmentactivities are aligned to the corporate direction. Furthermore, the L&DManager is responsible for providing as well as “Promoting a Climate of Enthusiasm”amongst all levels throughout the hotel by creating and ensuring colleaguesatisfaction through effective learning and development.

1. Major responsibilities 主要职责
· DevelopL&D policies as required.
根据要求制定学习与发展政策。
· Developand monitor annual and monthly training budget.
制定并监控年度及月度培训预算。
· Conductneeds analysis with department managers to assess specific learning needs.
与部门经理合作进行需求分析,确定学习需求。
· Maintaina current knowledge of statutory requirements and develop creative andinnovative training programs (on-line or off-line)
熟悉当前法定的培训项目的要求,以及开发一些创新的培训项目(线上或者线下)
· Conducttraining programs such as Orientation, English training, customer serviceprograms, supervisory and management skills programs, and other components ofthe LHI Learning & Development Framework as necessary.
根据需要开展各项培训课程,如入职培训、英语培训、客户服务培训、管理技能培训及朗廷酒店集团学习与发展框架中的其他培训项目。
· Coordinatetraining programs with external consultants such as beauty make-up class,grooming class, fire safety training, first aid class, hygiene class, etc.
与外方顾问协调化妆、仪容仪表、防火安全、急救、卫生等培训项目。
· Evaluatetraining effectiveness by conducting training audits and produce audit reportsfor management review.
通过审核评估培训效果,制作审核报告交管理层审阅。
· DevelopDepartmental Trainers System by conducting Train-the-trainer program, monthlytraining plan and report system, etc.
通过培训员培训、月度培训计划和报告系统等发展部门培训员系统。
· Conductmonthly departmental trainer meeting.
组织每月部门培训员会议。
· Sit-indepartmental training sessions and give feedback to departmental trainers.
旁听部门培训并向部门培训员提供反馈。
· Developand monitor Best Trainer Award system.
发展和监控最佳培训员奖励系统。
· Monitorand oversee all departmental learning programs including, DepartmentalOrientation, FLHSS (Fire Life Health Safe Security), etc

· Developand present Annual and Monthly Training Plan and Calendar.
制定出台年度和月度培训计划和日程安排。
· Recruitand monitor student trainees and management trainees according to annual plan.
根据年度计划招聘并监督学校实习生及管理实习生。
· Conductmonthly trainee meeting.
组织每月实习生会议。
· Monitorand control training resources.
监管培训资源。
· Track,input and maintain all individual colleague learning & development recordswithin HRMIS System.
在人力资源管理信息系统内跟踪、录入及管理所有员工的学习与发展记录。
· Maintenanceof attendance records and other documentation related to the Learning &Development efforts.
维护与学习和发展活动有关的考勤记录和其他文件。
· Maintaincreative training communication channels (Wechat, Notice Board, emails or otherplatform).
管理各个培训沟通渠道,保证其内容新颖。
· Observeand appraise colleague performance during sessions, providing feedback tomanagement which would facilitate improvements in accordance to LHI standardswith regard to product and performance.

· Supportall efforts to enliven our Company’s Vison, Mission, Objective & Values(VMOV) Brand Promise, and Quality and Guest Experiences programs throughout thehotel leading by example and serving as a role model.

· Ensuresecurity and confidentiality of all information throughout the hotel.

· Planand conduct meetings with EXCO members, department managers, departmentaltrainers and rest of colleagues to review performance trends, develop actionplans and give recognition.
组织会议,与行政委员会委员、部门经理、部门培训员及其他员工研究业绩走向、制定行动方案并给予肯定。
· Performany duties as assigned by the management deemed necessary.
执行任何管理层委托的工作。

EducationalBackground 教育背景· Degree in Human Resources,Hospitality, Communications, Education, Psychology, Fine Arts or other relatedareas. 人事、酒店管理、传播、教育、心理学、文学或其他相关专业学历· Previous HR experiences a plus. 有人事经验最佳
Experience 工作经验
A minimum of 5 years in
training experience, preferably within the hospitality field or high end
customer service discipline 至少5年培训工作经验,酒店或高端客服领域最佳
