To keep all equipment in good repairwith a minimum of downtime by providing day to day maintenance of the hotelunder the direction of Engineering Management.

PRINCIPALRESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
· Tocontinually support and improve engineering services that effectively addressproblems affecting both guests and colleagues
连续支持和改进工程方面的服务以对应客人和同事的问题。
· Tobe willing to train and instruct other members of the staff by passing alongknowledge and skills to assist them in their development and the advancement ofyour own。
愿意通过传授自已的知识技能来培训和指导其它同事,得以发展和改进。
· Tostrive to become an independent mechanic, able to analyze problems and toformulate plans to get work done quickly with a high degree of quality。
努力成为能独立工作的机械工,能够分析问题,并能提出又快又好的工作方案。
· Thehotel functions 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. All colleagues must realize this fact and be aware that at times it maybe necessary to move colleagues from their accustomed shifts as businessdemands. In addition, it is understoodthat business determines the amount of hours that are worked, and that someweeks may be scheduled at less than 40 hours, and other weeks at more than 40hours.
酒店每周营业7天,每天24小时。所有同事都必须明白根据业务需要可能会有轮班调整。因为业务量决定我们的工作时间的长短,所以有的周可能不足40小时,有的则可能在超过40小时。
· PublicAreas - repairing and/or adjusting all types HVAC equipment.
公共区域:修理调整各种HVAC(加热/通风/空调)设施
· Fire Alarm/Life Safety System - to monitor systemsas necessary, to be fully informed of the system operation and to handleemergencies involving the systems. Tohave a working knowledge of fire sprinkler and emergency power systems.
火警警报/生命安全系统:按需要监视系统,彻底了解系统操作,并能在紧急情况下使用。懂得消防喷淋系统及紧急能源系统的工作常识.
· Energy Conservation - to observe energy andutilities usage in the hotel and on the grounds. To look for ways to conserve energy andreport any ideas to the Engineering Management.
节能:观察酒店内外的能源利用情况,寻找节能方法,并将建议反映给工程管理层。
· Tools- to clean, lubricate, protect and otherwise maintain all tools and equipmentin the hotel. To see that all tools usedare returned to the shop and secured in proper storage area. To protect and otherwise maintain yourassigned tool pouch and its tools at the discretion of the EngineeringManagement.
工具:将工具及设备存放在酒店内,并进行清理、润滑及保护。工具使用后要放回车间,并存在合适的地点。按工程管理层的决定存放并保护好工具套.
· Accident Prevention and Safety - to be aware of all existing departmental Job SafetyAnalysis and to strive to work in an accident-free manner and to create a safework environment for others. To continuouslylook for conditions which may endanger colleagues or guests of the hotel and totake immediate action to correct any hazardous conditions found.
紧急情况:要有备于紧急情况的发生,并在工程范围内保护客人及酒店同事,保护建筑物及其设施系统。尽快地使酒店恢复正常营业状态,并将紧急情况汇报给工程管理层。
· Accident Prevention and Safety - to be aware of all existing departmental Job SafetyAnalysis and to strive to work in an accident-free manner and to create a safework environment for others. Tocontinuously look for conditions which may endanger colleagues or guests of thehotel and to take immediate action to correct any hazardous conditions found.
防止事故,保证安全:了解各个部门的工作安全分析,在工作中努力避免事故的发生,也为别人创造安全的工作环境。一贯留心可能危及酒店同事及客人的情况。如有发现,马上采取行动来纠正。
· Records- to read, log, track and interpret readings from meters, gauges and othermeasuring units. To maintain a thoroughlog of each day’s activities and problems that occur and to ensure thisinformation is passed on to other shifts.
记录:看懂仪器表,做记录、跟进。每天都坚持对所出现的事项、问题做完整的记录,然后传给下一班的人。
· Departmental Duties - to clean all engineering areas asdirected by Engineering Management. Towork in a neat and efficient manner, keeping work areas clean and wellorganized. To serve as otherwise directed or needed to helpmaintain the effective and efficient operation of the hotel. This assignment shall be at the discretion ofEngineering Management or the hotel General Manager.
部门职责:按工程管理层的规定清理所有的技术工程区域。工作要有条理、有效率。工作地点干净整洁。有指示或需要时,协助酒店保持高质量、高效率的营业。这一任务由工程管理层或酒店总经理指定分派。
· General- Complete all work assigned in a safe and professional manner. Maintain communications with supervisors toensure that all needed materials, tools and supplies are available or onorder. Follow up on any items that maybe on back order. Keep supervisorupdated on assignments. Provide training and technical advice to otherengineers as needed or requested
一般性职责:以注重安全的职业态度完成所分派的职责。与督导保持联系,保证所需的材料、工具、物资都有订货。跟进拖欠订货。及时向督导汇报工作。如有需要,帮助培训指导其他同事。

The colleague occasionallyworks in high, precarious places and in outside weather conditions and isoccasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborneparticles, toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold, and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment isusually moderate.
