1. To assist guests and ensure their stay at Rosewood Beijing iscomfortable and an experience to remember.

2. Provides courteous and efficient service and if possible to comply withevery guest request.
提供快捷且周到的服务,如果可能的话,尽最大可能满足每一位客人的要求。
3. Checks and ensures that all room/suites assigned for VIPs are in orderand the respective amenities place in the room/suites before the guest arrival.
检查并确保所有分配给预抵VIP客人的房间按照客人的需求及喜好提前安排好。
Requirements 任职资格:
1.University Bachelor Degree and above.
大学本科及以上学历。
2.Ability to use Front Office computer systems.
能够使用前厅部的电脑系统。
3.Good interpersonal & communication skills.
良好的人际交往和沟通能力。
4.Ability to work independently and as a team.
能够独立工作和团队合作。
5.Presentable appearance and fluent oral and written Mandarin &English are needed.
仪表得体,中英文口语及书面流利。
Experiences 经验要求:
Internship or work experience in Guest Relations or Front Desk ispreferred.
有宾客关系或前台接待实习或工作经验优先。
严格遵守酒店规章制度,如消防安全、食品安全。

任职资格:
具有同岗位工作经验三年以上,同雅高集团或联号经验优先。
形象好气质佳,女性优先。
具有一定的抗压能力,良好的沟通能力,领导力及销售能力。
精通餐饮知识,熟练掌握餐饮技巧。
善于调动各级管理人员的积极性,有良好的培训经验及技巧。
协助客房部经理确保客房部流畅及高效的运作,确保员工严格遵守运营手册内所列的的政策和程序。
Assists the Housekeeping Manager in the smooth and efficient running of the Housekeeping department, ensuring that all the policies and procedures outlined in the Departmental Operations Manual are strictly adhered to.
定期主持召开部门沟通会并确保例会和会议切实有效且在必要时进行指导。
Conducts regular communications meetings, ensuring that departmental briefings and meetings are effective carried out.
阅读并更新每日值班记录。
Reads and updates the Communications Log Books.
协调并补充维护设备维修报告和记录。
Coordinates and maintains equipment maintenance reports and records.
确保客房部客房服务员遵循品牌承诺并始终提供优异的对客服务。
Ensures Housekeeping Floor Butlers and Attendants deliver the brand promise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
礼貌而高效地处理所有客人和内部的投诉和询问,确保问题得到圆满解决。
Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
