Guest Relation Officer must at all time actively engage with guest while creating memorable experience by using empowerment. Ensure all the guests receive a personalized, friendly and efficient check-in and check-out, assisting with guest with queries and handling guest opportunities to achieve guest satisfaction.
岗位职责
1.掌握房态,每天定时编发房态表,并通知客房楼层。
2.做好信息收集和资料积累工作,准确回答宾客问询。
3.负责客房所有钥匙的管理和收发工作。
4.负责捡拾物品和遗留物品的登记、存放和处理。
5.负责部门考勤和餐卡统计工作,领发员工工资、奖金、补贴。
6.负责每日楼层人员的统筹安排及休班。
7.负责对讲机、值台电话的管理。
岗位要求
1.有相关工作经验者优先。
2.身体健康,五官端正,无不良嗜好。
3.能熟练操作日常办公软件,有一定的文字处理及沟通协调能力。
4.有一定的英语基础。
