1.Deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures

2.Attends and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
参加和参与每日的例会和其它计划好的会议。
3.Provide guests with high standard service, found in the banquet hall is not in conformity with the provisions of the situation and problems, improvement Suggestions to assist banquet hall manager for rectification
为客人提供高标准服务,及时发现宴会厅内不符合规定的情况及问题,并提出整改建议,协助宴会厅经理进行整改,做到持续性。
4.Ensure banquet hall table of standard implemented correctly, before the meeting site preparation and health condition,
会议前严格检查会议场地准备情况及卫生状况,确保宴会厅摆台标准的正确执行。

2. Records and controls accurately wake up calls.
准确记录并管理叫早服务。
3. Pages quests in co-operation with concerned departments.
与相关部门合作,对客人进行呼叫。
4. Assists guests with international calls and directory queries.
协助客人处理国际长途和号码查询。
5.Aware of local telephone listings and frequently dialed numbers.
熟悉当地电话表以及常拨号码。
