【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店各类设施设备的日常维修与保养工作，包括但不限于木工、电工、油漆工等相关工作内容； 2、及时响应并处理工程部派发的维修工单，确保维修质量和效率； 3、定期检查酒店公共区域及客房的设施设备运行状况，发现问题及时上报并处理； 4、协助完成酒店各类装修、改造项目的施工工作，确保施工符合规范要求； 5、严格遵守安全操作规程，确保维修过程中的安全及设备正常运行； 6、妥善保管和使用维修工具及材料，避免浪费和损坏； 7、完成上级领导交办的其他相关工作。 【岗位要求】 1、中专及以上学历，持有相关职业资格证书（如电工证、木工证等）优先； 2、具备木工、电工或油漆工相关技能，有酒店行业工作经验者优先； 3、熟悉常见设施设备的维修与保养流程，能独立完成维修任务； 4、工作认真负责，具备较强的动手能力和问题解决能力； 5、能适应倒班工作制，服从工作安排； 6、具备良好的团队合作意识和服务意识。

（1）负责管理酒店泳池； （2）负责酒店泳池周边卫生环境及泳池保养维护工作； （3）负责泳池的消毒、净化、吸污、排水、加水工作； （4）负责泳池各种工具及公共物品的保管； （5）完成上级交代的计划工作及临时任务。
