Job Summary:
1.Be proactive and helpful in any interaction with Div./Dept to ensure to have clear understanding of their needs;
2.Assist Human Resources Director to prepare and update manning guide consistently upon management request;
3.Collect Personnel Requisitions from Div./Dept. and make appropriate recommendation to Human Resources Director by checking with manning budget;
4.Assist Human Resources Director in coordinating annual manpower requirement analysis;
5.Upon receiving approval, put internal recruitment notice on the Staff Notice board to attract internal candidates;
6.If no suitable candidates within the hotel, place advertisement in local recruitment channels;
7.Take initial interview and recommend potential candidates to Div./ Dept. for further interview;
8.Conduct reference check on the selected candidates;
9.Prepare labor contract for the new hired employees;
10.Contact and negotiate with employment agencies and consultants to recruit temporary staff;
10.Be responsible for the daily management of temporary staff, such as termination, exchange and contract renewal, etc.
11.Conduct exit interview with staff who resigned/terminated from hotel and prepare exit interview reports;
12.Analyze the reason of staff resignation and summarize the points to pay attention to when fill up the vacancy;
13.Be responsible for working out annual recruitment related budget;
14.Prepare monthly HR report on vacancy update, new hiring update and turnover status, etc. to Human Resources Director;
15.Coordinate with Training Department for the arrangement of hotel orientation for new staff.
Job Requirement:
1.Good communication and coordination skills, excellent language and written competence, strong interview skills, familiar with office software;
2.A minimum of three years Recruitment experience in a luxury hotel environment; preferably of Forbes rated hotel;
3.Excellent oral and written English;
4.University degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Hospitality Management;
5.Have a strong sense of responsibility and affinity, familiar with labor law and hotel organization structure, being able to work under pressure.
