•Efficiently andaccurately record and process all booking methods through WeChat, email, phone,sales notifications, and third-party online and offline channels, includingteam information entry and communication for team business processing, andconvert them into successful sales when circumstances permit, ultimatelyachieving the hotel's goals.
对所有通过微信,邮件,电话,销售通知以及第三方线上线下所有预定方式进行高效准确的记录和处
理,以及包括团队的信息录入及团队生意的处理沟通,并在情况允许时转化为成功的销售,最终实现
酒店的目标。
•Prepareand execute action plans which increase reservation sales and associatedbusiness
准备和执行增加预订销售和相关业务的工作计划
•Acceptwait list reservations
接受等候单上的客人预订
•Processamendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures, etc
修改延期和提前离店等特殊情况的预订记录
•Receiveand complete all new and updated direct bookings through WeChat, email, phone,sales notifications, and third-party online and offline channels
接收和完成通过微信,邮件,电话,销售通知以及第三方线上线下所有新预订以及更新直连预订。
•Handleall team related bookings, including but not limited to entering guest lists,payment methods, etc
处理所有团队相关预订,包括但不限于所有客人名单录入、付费方式等
•Masterthe information of various hotel activities and pay attention to the salessituation to provide feedback to the revenue director.
掌握酒店各项活动信息并且关注售卖情况给与收益总监反馈。
•Masterthe definition of market segmentation and all booking related codes, andproficiently master skills such as system code updates
掌握市场细分定义和所有预订相关代码,并且熟练掌握系统代码更新等技能
•Monitorbooking status and changes in room availability and volume, and report to theGuest Service Center Manager and Revenue Director
监测预订情况和房态房量变化并向宾客服务中心经理和收益总监汇报
•Assistthe Guest Service Center Manager in departmental scheduling and attendancebased on business conditions
依据生意情况协助宾客服务中心经理进行部门排班和考勤,与相关部门包括但不限于前厅部,销售部,财务部以
及餐饮部等运作中保持良好的沟通
•Manage“no show” reservations by investigation and recording of same
调查和记录未按预订抵店的预订情况
•Recordspecial billing arrangements for groups and conventions
对团组或会议的特别账单安排进行记录
•Liaisewith Front Office Manager or Finance Manager for all reservations requiringcredit approval
与前厅部经理或财务经理联系要求信用审批的预订事宜
•Maintainknowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions
掌握关于特价,酬宾,促销活动的信息
•Monitor reservation levels and informManagers of current and future occupancy rates
监测预订情况,并向经理通报目前和将来的入住率
•Prepare reports as requested (eg totravel agents, business houses etc)
按照要求准备报告(如给旅行代理人和商业机构的报告等)
•Maintain good communication with relevantdepartments including but not limited to the Front Office, Sales Department,Finance Department, and Food and Beverage Department during operations
与相关部门包括但不限于前厅部,销售部,财务部以及餐饮部等运作中保持良好的沟通
•Prepare reservation sales reports
