MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 责任概要 :
Responsible for select, develop and manage sales staff. With revenue management, develop hotel sales strategy. Ensure that sales strategies are communicated and implemented. Manager all sales administrative functions to including goal setting, bonus program, etc. Serve as hotels authority on sales processes and sales contracts as well as in charge of the whole year rooms target. Act as sales contact for General Manager, property leaders, and cluster sales leaders and customer.负责选拔、发展及管理销售团队。协同营运收益部共同制定酒店的销售战略计划。确保销售战略计划被传达及实施。管理销售行政工作,包括销售目标制定,奖励机制等。全权负责销售工作程序及销售合同并为全年客房销售指标负责。作为总经理、集团领导以及客户的销售联络人。
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务:
1.Monitor all day to day activities of direct reports.管理销售部日常工作活动。
2.Provide positive and aggressive leadership to ensure maximum revenue potential.通过积极主动的领导以确保收益。
3.Work with sales leader to ensure understanding of sales strategy and effective implementation of this strategy for the segment.与销售主管协作以保证对销售策略的理解和有效的执行。
4.Manage all sales administrative functions to include goal setting, bonus program administration, Golden Circle, etc.管理好所有的销售行政工作涵盖目标制定,奖金分配和Golden Circle等。
5.Serve as hotel authority on sales processes and sales contracts.授权酒店销售活动和销售合同。
6. Analyze market information by using sales systems and implements strategy to achieve hotel’s financial room and catering goals.利用销售系统来分析市场情况并执行战略计划,以达到酒店客房及会议的财务目标。
7.Develop, implement and sustain aggressive solicitation program focused on increasing business.发展、执行及积极挖掘等手段来增长酒店生意。
8.Work with management team to create and implement a sales plan addressing revenue, customers and the market.同管理团队共同制定和实施关于酒店收益、客户及市场的计划。
9.Work collaboratively with off-property sales channels (e.g., Event Booking Center, Market Sales, GSO) to ensure the property needs are being achieved and the sales efforts are complementary, not duplicative.与其他酒店外的销售渠道(宴会预订中心、市场销售部和全球销售中心等)保持紧密合作,以确保达成酒店的战略需求,销售工作互补并且没有冲突。
10.Interview and hire management and associates with the appropriate skills to meet the business needs of the operation.负责招募和面试符合工作需要、具有合适技能的员工。
11.Attend customer events, trade shows and sales missions to maintain, build or develop key relationships with GSO Managers and customers.参加客户聚会、交易会及销售出访,以保持、建立和发展与全球销售中心经理及客户间的良好关系。
12.Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).执行和为运营方面的生意提供支持。(如计划书、书面合同、客户反馈表)

a) Ensure that all sales associates are properly dressed in uniform or business attire and the general appearance are according to the hotel standard.确保所有销售人员的仪容仪表,着装都符合酒店的标准。

Make certain that all sales associates are conducting business accordingly to the Marriott guidelines and local law.确保所有销售人员都能够按照万豪的方针以及本地法律来执行商业销售活动。

In charge of the overall conduct of the sales team such as telephone handling, punctuality, compliance to the hotel rules, regulations and LSOPs.负责管理销售团队的全面工作,例如电话礼仪,是否按时到岗,遵守酒店的规章制度以及LSOPs.
