工作职责:
In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing the integrated marketing strategy for our luxury and lifestyle portfolio. Your primary focus will be on driving commercial outcomes through brand excellence, demand generation, and marketing ROI optimization. Serving as the crucial link between brand positioning and commercial performance, you will ensure marketing initiatives directly contribute to revenue growth and market share objectives while maintaining brand integrity. Additionally, you will provide strategic leadership to both property-level and corporate marketing teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration to unify brand messaging and maximize market impact.
Your day to day
1. Commercial Marketing Strategy
• Develop and implement brand-specific commercial marketing strategies that align distribution and promotional activities across all channels.
• Lead integrated business planning for marketing activities, ensuring alignment with revenue management and sales strategies.
• Establish and monitor commercial marketing KPIs to evaluate and enhance campaign effectiveness.
2. Brand Commercialization
• Translate brand positioning into scalable commercial initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Lead the commercial activation of brand partnerships and collaborations, ensuring consistency with overarching brand values.
3. Performance Marketing & Digital Optimization
• Direct performance marketing strategies across digital channels (SEM, social, programmatic), emphasizing conversion rate optimization and ROI.
• Leverage data analytics to uncover new commercial opportunities and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
4. Marketing Leadership and Team Development
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across property and corporate levels, instilling strong commercial and brand marketing acumen.
• Mentor and develop talent, emphasizing leadership skills
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Act as the key liaison between property marketing teams and corporate departments including Brand Marketing, Revenue Management, Sales, and Digital to ensure strategic coherence and operational synergy.
• Drive joint initiatives that unify brand storytelling and customer experience, enhancing market positioning and competitive advantage.
6. Brand and Performance Integration
• Spearhead efforts to harmonize long-term brand-building with short-term commercial goals, ensuring marketing activities support both immediate conversions and sustained brand equity.
• Facilitate regular cross-functional reviews with Brand Marketing and other relevant teams to align on priorities, share insights, and optimize resource allocation.

What we need from you
1. Hard Skills & Professional Knowledge
Data Analysis: Capable of independently completing the entire process from data extraction to visual analysis.
Marketing Technology: Hands-on experience in managing major social media platforms.
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of core hospitality industry metrics (e.g., RevPAR, ADR, marketing contribution revenue), with familiarity in distribution channels.
2. Core Work Experience
Essential: 3-5 years or more of experience in digital marketing performance analysis or performance marketing optimization, with a background in supporting business in cross-regional or multi-market environments.
Highly Relevant: Experience in the hospitality industry, OTAs, or distribution channels, along with specific cases of successfully optimizing campaigns, enhancing distribution channel performance, improving ROI, or boosting brand influence through data analysis.
3. Soft Skills & Mindset
Business Acumen: Ability to translate data insights into clear business recommendations and actionable plans, effectively telling a "data story."
Project Management & Collaboration: Proficient in efficiently managing priority demands across multiple markets, and collaborating seamlessly with regional sales, revenue teams, and support center marketing teams.
Proactiveness & Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of proactively identifying growth opportunities or performance bottlenecks and driving solutions.
4. Educational Background & Language
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields.
Language: Proficiency in Chinese and English.
