4. Maintain a high
level of exposure for the hotels in major market areas through direct
sales,

Properly and skilfully
handle guests’ verbal complaints. 正确并且有技巧地处理客人的口头投诉。

form/outlet log etc to find out if any issue with the operations.so as to
