1.确保员工清楚地认识到自己的职责并严格履行。
Ensure all associates are aware of role and responsibilities and operate within their guidelines.
2.与同级员工团结合作,对员工进行对客服务、操作和沟通技巧的培训。
Work together with staff in the same level, train and retrain on proactive hospitality skills, technical skills and communication skills.
3.负责工作区域的清洁、卫生和有序。
Ensure that work area is always clean, neat and organized.
4.了解酒店防火规范、事故报告、安全规范及其具体职责。负责员工的防火安全规范培训。
Have thorough knowledge of hotel fire regulations and policy, accident reports, safety programs, and what the direct duties are in relation to each. Ensure that all associates are properly trained in these procedures.
任职资格 Qualification
1.掌握前厅部工作知识并且十分熟悉前厅部日常运行。
Good knowledge and very familiar with all front office area operation.
2.良好的沟通技巧。
Good communication skill.
3.良好的组织以及解决问题的能力。
Be good at organize and problem solving.
