KEY RESULT AREAS
主要工作职责
1. Carry out comprehensive audit of existing practices and procedures in place, documenting and communicating results to the Executive Chef, Hotel Manager, Director Food & Beverage Manager and Chief Engineer.
对环境、文档进行全面的例行检查,并及时与行政总厨、酒店经理、餐饮总监和总工程师汇报沟通。
2. Liaise with Local Ministry of Health to clarify and document all requirements and standards pertaining to food hygiene.
与当地的卫生部门联系,弄清与食品卫生相关的所有要求和标准。
3. Document and recommend changes required to operating procedures, work practices, suppliers contracts, equipment, preventative maintenance programs, capital investment and employee awareness and training.
了解必要的工作方法、操作程序、供应商合同、预防维护程序、资金总额和培训员工,增强卫生知识。
4. Develop Brand Standard Operating Procedures for all departments in relation to food hygiene and cleaning standards in line with Food Safety Standard - F&B production, Stewarding, Purchasing & Receiving, Engineering and F&B service.
为所有与食品卫生相关的部门发扬具有品牌标准的操作程序、符合食品卫生标准的清洁标准(包括餐饮部的运作、管事部、采购部、收货部、工程部和餐饮服务)
