1. Proved a professional and advisory support to the Director of HR in strategic goals achievement.
2. Liaise with other Department Heads and make written recommendations requiring staffing levels and forwards to Director of HR for approval.
3. Advise Director of HR on all local Labor Law issues.
4. Analyzes associates turnover rate and advice in cooperation with Director of HR.
5. Control & manage attendance, payroll, leave applications all data concerning all associates.
6. Arrange exit interviews.
7. Prepare and administrate internal office S&P
8. Assist Department Heads in maintaining current knowledge and understanding of contemporary Human Resources issues.
9. Liaise closely with local and federal industry bodies, unions and training authorities.
10. Fully support recruitment function.

9. 与本地及国家相关机关、工会及培训机构保持密切联系。
10. 全面支持招聘板块工作。
