Ensure all IT Systems are running smoothly in the hotel, work actively rather than passively.
Comply with relevant laws and regulations, Group IT P&P and the standards of NUO hotel, and conduct self-audits
Ensure that all guest service technologies meet the standard of NUO.
Ensure hotel network, systems and data are protected from harmful intrusion, and ensure the hotel security settings meet the Group's requirements
Follow the code of practice of computer system operation and security of NUO, and know the operation standard.
Coordinate with other departments to solve hardware and software problems.
Using applications to help other departments complete their work smoothly and ensure their work is efficient.
Prioritize any issues that affect revenue and/or guests, and seek preventive maintenance proactively.
Ensure all potential problems are reported and resolved immediately.
Perform any other works as assigned by hotel management team.
Pay attention to professional knowledge accumulation and skill improvement, have sufficient understanding of hotel knowledge and NUO culture.
To understand and strictly adhere to the Rules & Regulations established in the Employees Handbook and the Hotel’s policy on Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.
Dress properly, wear uniforms and name tags correctly during work.
