BASIC FUNCTION基本职责
1.Day-to-day secretarial work to include typing, filing, faxes and telephone etc.
日常文秘工作包括打字,整理文件,传真和接听电话等。
2.Arranging internal / external appointments.
安排内外会见。
3.Taking minutes of Department Heads /Ex.Com meeting as requested.
需要时为部门领导会议和行政委员会会议作会议记录。
4. Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with Department Heads and other inter-departmental secretaries as appropriate.
必要时配合,协调各部门领导和其它部门的秘书的工作并与他们进行沟通。
5. Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and co-operate with them.
了解其它部门的职责并与其密切合作。
6. Assess priorities of work and assist in organizing General Manager’s priorities.
确定工作的重要性从而协助总经理安排工作的先后次序。
7.Distribution of memos, letters and other information etc.
分发备忘录,信件和其它信息等。
8. Understand the responsibilities of other sections and departments and co-operate with them.
理解其他部门的工作职责并能与之协调。
JOB SPECIFICATION工作要求
1. Good image and temperament, good writing style。Have hotel related work experience。CET-6 or bachelor degree in English is preferred。
形象气质好,文笔好,有酒店相关经验(不一定同岗位),英文6级或英文专业本科优先。
2、Master general knowledge of hotel operation and management, and be familiar with hotel secretarial work and administrative management knowledge
掌握酒店经营管理一般知识,熟悉酒店秘书工作和行政管理知识。
3、Master the writing method of practical articles, and understand the reception etiquette and etiquette.
掌握应用文撰写方法,懂得接待礼仪、礼节
4、Be able to handle general documents, correspondence and data, and have good coordination and reception ability.

岗位职责
Ensures all correspondences, faxes, messages, emails are responded in a timely manner / disseminated accordingly.

Attend phone calls from guest and respond to the emails received from guest and concerned individuals in a timely manner.

Assists the head of department as and when required on a day to day basis.

Handles all appointments and keeps track of head of department daily schedule and engagements.
