You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. To assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Personnel Department in the Human Resources Division, assisting the Director of Human Resources with the implementation of Hyatt's Purpose throughout the hotel.
最好拥有人力资源管理、人力资源开发、或酒店/旅游管理的本科或专科学历;必须具有良好的解决问题、行政管理和人际交往能力。
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

协助培训部经理在酒店实施培训活动、支持酒店的经营目标及持续的管理目标以及创造保持良好的企业文化。协调酒店一般培训,部门培训,语言培训及电脑培训等。保留并更新培训数据和资料。做培训并协助其他员工进行培训。
专业知识技能:
l 至少一年相关经验或大专及以上学历
l 基本培训技巧,如语言培训等。
l 好的沟通技巧,流利的英语说、写能力
