Main Responsibilities:
HR Administration Management
-
Supervise HR coordinator/HR Officer and trainee on
the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with
Corporate guidance
-
Has knowledge of all Human Resources Policy and forms.
i.e. status change, leave application, transfer requisition, OT, employee
communication, etc.

Maintain the working area clean & tidy
-
Maintain & update employees’ personal file:
leaves, promotion/transfer, performance, status change form, etc.
-
Update all the information to computer
-
Supervise HR coordinator/HR Officer in above data
accuracy
Recruitment
-
General knowledge of the interview process
-
Responsible for new employee reference check when
Asst. HRM is absent
-
Assist HRM with Probation Review and exit interviews
when Asst. HRM is absent
Compensation & Benefits
a.)
Monthly Payroll
-
Collect the Attendance Records & OT forms by 21
st
of each month
-
Check the Attendance Records & OT forms
-
Make sure the following information are always
correct in the HR System:
1)
New Hires and Employee Personal Information
2)
Separation
3)
Probation and Contract Expiration
4)
Salary, position Adjustment
5)
Insurance Base
-
Conduct Monthly payroll reports, including: AL
Report/OT Report/Meal Report
-
Check the detailed payroll report which prepared by
Accounting and for HRD’s signature
-
Check casual labor salary and insurance
-
Supervise HR coordinator/HR Officer and make sure
the Medical, Social Insurances and Housing Fund reports are accurate and send
on time.

In
charge the
reimbursement of Subsidy Medical Insurance
-
Assist HRD with annual salary survey
b.)
Employee’s Leaves
-
Supervise HR coordinator/HR Officer and make sure
the Leave applications are under procedure and all relevant data are input into
HR system
-
Leave forms are well kept in employees’ personal
file.
c.)
Work Injury
-
Collect Accidence Report from all depts.
-
Supervise HR coordinator/HR Officer and make sure
Work Injury reports are submitted to social insurance bureau on time and
following up with the reimbursement
-
Provide documents requested by accounting department
for claiming the accidental insurance.
d.)
Others
-
Understands confidentiality issues
-
Provide reports requested by HRD in timely &
accurate manner
-
Be knowledgeable in external and internal
compensation data, e.g. social average salary, social lowest salary, housing
fund ratio etc.
Government Relations
-
Be aware of changeable government regulations of
compensation
-
Updated on all prevailing regulations of China. Keep the
relationship with the relevant authorities
HR System
-
System administrator, make sure all employees
concerned get the correct access, no confidential information leaked by the
wrong authorization.

Maintain a dependable computer system to track all
HR data
-
Provide training to all needed personnel
Employees’ Training
-
Assist HR team for the preparation of
New Hires Orientation
-
Departmental Attendance Keeper Training: HR System
-
Assist HR team to organize employee activities
Communications
-
Maintain pleasant working relations with all depts.
