filing system for all incoming and outgoing documents.

information, employment information, remuneration packages etc.

·Prepare necessary
documents for associates confirmation, promotion, transfer, resignation and
termination.

·Assist the Human
Resources Manager in preparing monthly human resources report, weekly headcount
report, weekly report and associates turnover report.

·Provide basic
functional advice to hotel associates in the application of labour legislation
and Hotel Personnel Policies and Procedures.
