MAIN PURPOSE 主要职责
Prepares and cooks food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs and given instructions. Assists the Pastry Chef in training team members. Participates in product development and in controlling the smooth operation of the kitchen.Prepares and cooks food in all areas of the kitchen as and when directed. Participates in the control of associates. Participates in team members' development Participates in the control of food quality, food taste, food presentation, and food requisition.
根据工作标准、备料单、照片及上级指示准备食物,协助饼房厨师长培训员工。参与提高食品质量,保证厨房运作的顺利进行。当接到指示时厨房的所有区域都要进入工作状态。协助管理员工,为员工发展提供帮助,参与食物的质量控制,提高产品的菜色和味道。
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS教育背景资格
• College degree or above, major in cooking is preferred
大专以上学历,烹饪专业优先
PRIOR WORKING EXPERIENCE 以往工作经历
• Work experience in well - known international hotel brands is preferred.
拥有知名国际酒店品牌的工作经验优先。
• At least one year experience as Pasty Kitchen CDP/Demi.
至少1年的酒店西厨房饼房主管/领班经验。
• Exposure to industry which required high service standard.
展现高水平的行业服务标准。
OTHER REQUIREMENTS 其他专业要求
• Food and Beverage culinary management experience with demonstrated leadership.

• Self-starter with hands-on approach. Innovative and has a “can-do” attitude. Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment

• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.

• Good command of English and Chinese. Mandarin is a must.

• A clean criminal record is a-must.
