职位描述:

根据饭店要求,依据标准成分配料准备食品;
·
指定中式面点的制作;
·
库房提货,整理食品冷库,干货库;每日检查库房食品;
·
确保厨房设备干净整洁,完好无缺且正常工作;
·
确保工作区域内的环境卫生达到标准,避免任何有可能的污染;
职位要求:
·
烹饪学校,职高以上学历;
·
2年以上五星级国际酒店面点间工作经验;
·
熟悉中式面点制作技巧;
·
掌握厨房专业英语;
·
抗压能力强;
·
可根据工作需要,灵活安排不同的工作班次;

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepares the food according to the hotel requirement and standard recipes;
·
In charge of the assigned dim sum section;
·
Food delivery and daily check the food storeroom/cold room to make sure the food materials are in good condition;
·
Makes sure that all machines, furniture (fridge, benches etc.), equipment and utensils are clean and in working condition at all times.
·
Checked all areas assigned to him in regards to sanitation and hygiene, to prevent contamination of any kind;
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
·
Diploma from Culinary School;
·
Minimum 2 years dim sum working experiences after apprenticeship in five star hotels;
·
Food & Beverage knowledge of dim sum production skills;
·
Basic English, especially Kitchen English;
·
Can work under pressure;
·
Flexibility in the scheduling;
