according to the requirements of the department.

5.Organize the management of

4.Be familiar with recreation facilities

5.National Professional Lifeguard
certificate, swimming/fitness instructor certificate.
持有国家职业救生员证、游泳/健身教练证。
6.Have the ability of water treatment.

1、Sign
in for attendance in full uniform, uniform must be cleaned and presentable.
身着全套制服签到,制服应干净整洁。
2、 Assist
to Manager and supervise the department operation.
协助经理并监督日常工作。
3、 Supervise
and delegate duties to all staff within the job scope and to prepare their work
schedules.
准备员工工作计划,在职责范围内管理并委派工作给员工。
4、 Handle
all complaints and requests immediately and tactfully. Make sure the guests are
satisfied with the service before they leave the hotel. Request assistance from
supervisor if complaints and requests cannot be handled.
迅速巧妙地处理客人的投诉和要求,确保客人离开酒店前对酒店提供的服务感到满意,如果无法妥善处理客人的投诉和要求应请求主管的帮助。
5、Make
sure that guest should be saved if he/she is drowning or face any trouble.
在客人遇到麻烦时确保他/她的安全。
6、Should
be able to provide first aid to guest . Should call for emergency help
immediately.
给客人提供急救服务并立即拨打紧急救助电话。
7、 Maintain
a daily logbook where it should record all necessary follow-ups for the next
shift. Note in logbook all complaints unusual activities and attitude of the
Leisure Club staffs for the information of recreation manager.
保管每日信息本并记录下一班应跟办的事项,客人投诉,不寻常的行为,以供康乐经理参考。
8、 Report
all maintenance to the Engineering Dept. and check maintenance work to be done
or not.
向工程部汇报所有维修问题并检查维修是否已经完成。
9、Control
consumption of Guest supplies/amenities and sees to the adequate stocking of
cleaning supplies.
控制客用品消耗,检查清洁用品是否有足够存量。
10、 Must
be thoroughly familiar with the duties of every employee in his area.
必须非常熟悉每个员工所负责区域的工作职责。
11、Report
any malfunctioning of equipment to Superior.
向上级报告所有机器设备故障。
12、 Perform
common duties and other duties as assigned by Management.
执行其它由管理层分派的工作。
