Scope of Position
The Floor Manager (Floor Supervisor) manages all aspect of their assigned area. They will manage all guest requests and ensure cleanliness of all guest rooms and public areas.
Requirements
University Graduate
Good knowledge in Hotel Management.
Experience in Customer service
Experience in people management
Self confident and in control when under pressure
Able to converse with ease with multinational guests
Takes corrective action and follow-up
Good level of spoken English and Mandarin
