岗位职责1、服从领班安排,按照工作程序与标准做好各项准备工作。2、根据分配房间的原则,为预抵的客人合理分配房间,按规定为客人办理入住、续住、换房、叫醒等相关手续。3、熟悉酒店房价体系,保证最大限度地出售酒店的客房及其他酒店产品。4、为宾客提供需要的信息,并热情、周到、细致的帮助客人解决所有合理要求及各项问题,保证客人的需求信息完整、准确、及时地传递到相关工作点。5、为宾客提供毛巾、冷饮等个性化服务。6、做好交接班工作,仔细查阅交接本上的交接事宜,尚未解决的工作必须跟进。7、保证前台备用金以及发票等财务票据的准确交接,不得出现任何差错。8、随时检查前台设施设备是否运行正常,检查各种单据、用品是否齐全。9、每月底对前台各类报表及营业数据做好统计与存档。10、每日根据前台要求做好各项报表数据统计工作。11、根据工作安排完成前台各区域的卫生工作。12、保证行政酒廊的环境卫生、熟悉餐饮对客服务、掌握设施设备的维护与保养,保证给到宾客一个舒适的休闲环境。13、热情接待每一位到行政酒廊的客人并如实做好记录。14、保证客人的需求信息完整、准确、及时地传递到相关工作点。15、随时检查设施设备是否运行正常,检查各种单据、物品是否齐全。16、按时完成上级交代的其他工作。岗位要求1、大专以上文化程度,懂得英语。2、有责任感。3、通晓酒店各项对客政策、设施设备及服务种类以及总台工作程度和规范。4、相貌端正,身体健康。
