The balance sheet must be regularly reviewed and reconciliation’s performed of all accounts.•         Ensure compliance with the management agreement with naked group /HQ and any Owner agreement if has.•         Maintain a focused system of internal controls, which will provide an effective and efficient control over the naked retreat assets, liabilities, revenue and costs. Ensure compliance with company policy.•         Ensure Legal and tax compliance and that adequate insurance cover is maintained. Ensuring that adequate accounting, actuarial and legal controls are in place.•         Ensure proper permits and licenses have been obtained for such matters as importation for naked retreat operations (bars, clubs etc). Take responsibility for the safekeeping and updating of all leases and controls, which may affect the financial status of the Naked Product.•         Liaise and co-operate with both internal, external audit and annual tax return. Ensure that an effective program of internal audit is in place and that corrective action is promptly taken where required.  岗位职责:全面负责酒店整体运营,包括业绩、品质、人才、成本、营销、安全管理等。任职资格:1、年龄26-45岁,性别不限,同意至少一个区域工作地点外派;2、工作经验要求(满足以下几点其中之一即可):A、3年以上星级酒店工作经验+2年以上连锁型酒店店长工作经验;B、2年以上经济、中端连锁型酒店店长工作经验(亚朵、欢朋、和颐、智选假日、锦江都城可优先考虑);C、1年以上挂牌四星级以上酒店总经理工作经验;D、销售出身的单体酒店2年以上总经理工作经验;E、格林、易佰、布丁、99等低端连锁品牌一年以上城区总工作经验;此岗位为外派岗位,区域外派亦可,全国外派优先考虑。

岗位职责:1、带领分店团队,完成集团下达的各项经营管理指标;2、执行集团各项决议,全面负责酒店的日常经营管理工作,确保酒店各项工作正常运转;3、严格执行集团标准化管理制度与流程,积极探索并分享标准化改进方案;4、实现与集团各支持部门的有效沟通与交流,定期向集团汇报工作;5、实现内部管理团队的人才培养与结构优化,推进人才本地化战略的实施进程;6、负责与加盟业主协调人事、采购、财务等方面问题,保持健康共赢的加盟合作关系;7、统筹协调酒店外部公共关系,维护公司的品牌形象和声誉,作好外部环境建设。任职资格:1、大专以上学历,年龄28-45岁,男女不限,同意至少一个区域工作地点外派;2、素质要求:品行端正,身心健康,有极强的责任心,热爱酒店行业;3、知识要求:对酒店品质管控、营销管理、人才建设及公共关系管理有较深入的见解;4、能力要求:具有较强的沟通协调能力、组织管理能力、决策能力,能妥善管理公共关系;5、工作经验要求(满足以下几点其中之一即可):A、3年以上星级酒店工作经验+2年以上连锁型酒店店长工作经验;B、1年以上中档连锁型酒店总经理工作经验(全季、亚朵、欢朋、智选假日等品牌优先考虑);C、1年以上挂牌四星级以上酒店总经理工作经验;D、销售出身的单体酒店2年以上总经理工作经验(单体酒店指除挂牌四星级以上酒店以外的其他酒店);E、2年以上国际联号星级酒店副总、房务总监、销售总监工作经验,并有轮岗学习经验;F、1年以上经济连锁品牌城区总以上岗位工作经验。6、此岗位为外派岗位,接受区域内外派亦可,全国外派优先考虑。
