About the role:
The Channel Management –Executive assist Director of Revenue to develop new policy systems/procedures,advises Director of Revenue/Commercial Director on improvements; assists in inventory/OTArate control, manages major OTA operations (daily info checks, dataanalysis/adjustments).
What you will do:
Assist Director of Revenue to develop systems and work procedures for new policies and recommend
any improvements to the Director of Revenue/Commercial Director.  
Assist Director of Revenue in
inventory, free sale room control and OTA rate availability, and handle
external rate connectivity as required;
Oversee the overall operation of
the hotel on major OTA platforms (e.g., Ctrip, Fliggy, Meituan,
Booking.com, Expedia) to ensure accurate hotel information;
Log in to all major OTA platforms
as the top priority every morning to check if room status, rates,
facilities and other info match the actual situation, and immediately
coordinate with relevant departments for corrections if inaccuracies are
found to avoid guest misunderstandings and complaints;
Closely monitor OTA data
indicators (e.g., order volume, occupancy rate, guest reviews), analyze
daily data fluctuation causes (e.g., competitors' favorable promotions,
insufficient hotel display), and promptly take targeted adjustment
measures.
The ability to perform other
tasks or projects as assigned by Director of Revenue/Commercial Director,
including data statistics, analysis, etc.
The ability to be creative in all
aspects of performing the duties of the position. The ability to be a
sound analyzer and problem solver. The ability to be a
"do-er", implementer, and action taker with a “can do”
attitude. 
What you bring:
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in the
hospitality industry; 
Self-driven and a strategic
resourcing professional 
Able to work independently and
under pressure in a fast pace working environment
Good team spirit, multi-tasking,
cooperative with good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and
spoken Chinese and English
Working authorization in China is
required to applicant.
