THE TEAM
You will be part of the Talent and Culture team, reporting directly to Talent and Culture Manager. This role leads and contributes to Hotel’s general recruitment operations, be responsible for assigned job vacancies’ successful hiring within a rational recruitment cycle, working closely with Department Heads to bring in talents that has culture alignment, and meet the Hotel’s talent and operation needs.
YOUR ROLE
As Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager, you play a critical role in delivering high-quality talent acquisition aligned with the Hotel’s workforce planning and recruitment strategy. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities, expand sourcing channels, manage recruitment budgets, conduct active hunting when needed and ensure recruitment processes are executed efficiently and professionally. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you contribute directly to building a strong, sustainable talent pipeline that supports the overall success of Rosewood Beijing.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Partner with Talent and Culture Manager to ensure the right talent is placed in the right role, maintaining high staffing quality across the Hotel, also guarantee the timely refill of job vacancies to support business and operation needs
- Actively make efforts in keeping a positive associate lifecycle, by successful talent acquisition, support in Performance Management, and associate retention
- Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment activities including job fairs, campus recruitment, and recruitment events when needed; build and maintain strong relationships with tourism schools, colleges, and external partners to support ongoing talent pipelines
- Manage and optimize recruitment channels and platforms, including collaboration with external recruitment websites and agencies
- Oversee recruitment implementation and hiring procedures, ensuring timely follow-up with candidates and stakeholders, also guaranteeing the related compliance
- Develop recruitment plans and budgets in line with business needs and Human Resources leadership guidance
COULD THIS BE YOU?
- You have at least 5 years of recruitment experience, with hands-on exposure to recruitment implementation and supervision
- You bring recruitment experience within the hotel, hospitality, or retail industry, ideally with large or well-known enterprises
- You are familiar with recruitment systems, sourcing strategies, and national labor laws and regulations
- You demonstrate strong planning, coordination, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a proactive team leader who enjoys developing others and driving recruitment excellence, own passion for people
- You are confident communicating professionally in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken; Cantonese-speaking will be a plus
