一、岗位职责：   （一）自助早餐：    1、负责酒店自助早餐的日常制作与出品，确保早餐食品的质量、口味和卫生标准符合要求；    2、根据菜单和客人需求，准备各类早餐食材，包括中式餐点的烹饪与西式餐点的摆盘；    3、按时完成早餐备餐工作，确保早餐供应准时、高效；    4、负责厨房设备的日常清洁与维护，保持工作区域整洁有序；    5、协助管理早餐食材的库存，控制成本，避免浪费；   6、遵守食品安全与卫生规范，确保操作符合相关法律法规；   7、根据客人的反馈或特殊需求，灵活调整菜品或提供个性化服务。  （二）员工餐、团餐及领导接待餐：     1、负责员工餐（有帮厨协助）、及负责团会餐的制作及菜单出品工作，每个月有几场团队会餐，根据淡旺季。     2、负责领导的接待桌餐制作出品（每月场次不多，偶尔会有）。   二、岗位要求：    1、熟悉早餐类食品的制作流程，具备淮扬菜、杭帮菜及粤菜烹饪技术基础，会融合菜，有相关经验者优先；    2、工作认真负责，能够适应早班工作（通常为清晨时段），需接受两头班次；    3、具备良好的卫生意识，熟悉食品安全与厨房操作规范；    4、能够承受一定的工作压力，具备团队合作精神；    5、身体健康，无不良嗜好，能适应快节奏的工作环境；    6、对餐饮行业有热情，愿意学习并提升自身技能。  三、任职要求：     1、男：35-50岁，文化程度：初中以上。      2、爱岗敬业，身体健康
