1. Manage all OTA channels for the apartments, including daily operations, content optimization, and rate loading to maximize online exposure and bookings.

2. Develop and execute channel-specific sales strategies to drive revenue growth from OTA, corporate, and travel agency segments.

3. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and recommend proactive sales activities.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners from OTA platforms to secure maximum exposure and support.

6. Responsible for the negotiation, signing, and renewal of annual contracts with OTA, corporate, and travel agency partners.

9. Participate in revenue management and OTA sales related meetings, events, and training sessions to enhance professional knowledge and industry network.

10. Ensure all online sales platforms and channel manager/connectivity systems are correctly activated and set up. Coordinate with relevant internal and external departments (e.g., Regional Revenue, Front Desk) to ensure smooth implementation.

12. Monitor daily apartment revenue, analyze booking lead times, and identify gaps to the monthly budget, sharing insights with the team.

13. Review daily availability and collaborate with the front desk to optimize room inventory allocation, maximizing daily room revenue.

14. Provide analysis of the apartment's month-to-date and year-to-date revenue performance, including competitive set comparisons, for regional revenue meetings.

15. Analyze market demand, competitor pricing, and apartment revenue data to provide rate recommendations for different market segments and specific booking inquiries. Adjust pricing strategies based on market dynamics.

16. Support the sales team with relevant sales data and contribute to the monthly Sales & Marketing report. Provide a revenue performance analysis for peak periods (e.g., public holidays) within 5 working days after the period ends.

17. Guide front desk staff on correct order entry procedures to ensure data accuracy across all apartments.

18. Ensure rate parity across all distribution channels, with rates and conditions consistent with the official website, minimizing Best Rate Guarantee claims and price discrepancies.

19. After any rate or availability changes, assist in verifying that prices and room status are accurately reflected on all channel extranets.

20. Maintain close communication with the apartment sales team to understand market changes, trends, and opportunities, helping them formulate action plans to achieve revenue goals.

21. Complete various revenue reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis in a timely manner.

Requirements 资质要求
1. University degree or equivalent, preferably in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing.

2. Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

3. Positive attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Approachable, passionate, proactive, self-motivated, and a strong team player with the ability to work independently.

5. Solid experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotel or apartment sales.

6. At least 3 years of experience as an OTA Sales Manager, with proven success in managing OTA accounts and driving online revenue.

7. Minimum 1 year of experience in revenue management or a related analytical role, with a solid understanding of revenue management principles.

8. Proficient in various office software applications, with solid foundational skills in Excel specifically.

9. Understanding of revenue management principles and analysis is required. Candidates with strong potential and a desire to develop into a Revenue Manager role are highly desirable.

Note: This is a combined role encompassing the responsibilities of an OTA Senior Sales Manager and a Revenue role. This position is for one person only.
