一、岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities
1. 制定营销策略
- 根据酒店市场定位及年度目标,制定全面的市场营销计划及预算。
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and budgets based on the hotel's positioning and annual goals.
2.市场分析与推广
- 分析行业趋势、竞争对手及客户需求,调整营销方案以提升市场份额。
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs, optimizing campaigns to increase market share.
3.客户关系管理
- 维护重要客户(如企业、旅行社、会展公司)关系,开发新客户资源。
- Maintain relationships with key accounts (e.g., corporations, travel agencies, event planners) and explore new business opportunities.
4.品牌管理与宣传
- 策划线上线下品牌推广活动(如社交媒体、OTA平台、行业展会等)。
- Organize brand promotion campaigns (e.g., social media, OTAs, trade shows) to enhance visibility.
5. 团队协作与培训
- 领导销售团队完成业绩目标,定期培训提升团队专业能力。
- Lead the sales team to achieve targets and provide regular training to improve performance.
6.业绩监控与报告
- 监控营销活动效果,定期向管理层提交分析报告并提出改进建议。
- Track campaign performance and submit analytical reports with actionable insights to senior management.
二、 任职要求 / Requirements
1. 教育背景
- 本科及以上学历,市场营销、酒店管理或相关专业优先。
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fields preferred.
2. 工作经验
- 5年以上高星级酒店或相关行业营销经验,有团队管理经验者优先。
- 5+ years of marketing experience in star-rated hotels or related industries; team management experience is a plus.
3. 技能要求
- 精通市场分析、数字营销及客户开发技巧。
- Proficient in market analysis, digital marketing, and business development; skilled in CRM tools.
4. 个人素质
- 结果导向,具备出色的沟通能力、抗压能力及创新思维。
- Results-driven with strong communication, stress resistance, and creative thinking.
