    Functions as the leader of the property’s sales department for properties with bookings over 300 peak rooms and significant local catering revenue. Interfaces with regional marketing communications for regional and national promotions pull through. Develops and implements property–wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the brand’s target customer profile and property associates and provides a return on investment to the owner and Marriott International.COREWORK ACTIVITIESManaging Sales Activities· Manages the development of a strategic account plan for the demand generators in the market.· Manages the property's reactive and proactive sales efforts. · Determines and develops marketing communication activities, in conjunction with Regional Marketing Communications. · Provides customer intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends that may lead to changes in sales strategy to meet or exceed customer expectations.· Reviews the Strategic Alignment Review (STAR) report, competitive shopping reports and uses other resources to maintain an awareness of the hotel’s market position.· Research competitor’s sales team strategies to identify ways to grow occupancy and RevPAR and increase market share.· Attends sales strategy meetings to provide input on weekly and overall sales strategy.· Suggests innovative marketing ideas and develops deployment strategies to continue to grow market share.· Evaluates and supports participation and account deployment with Area Sales and Group Sales within the Sales Office.· Serves as the sales contact forth General Manager, property leadership team, Group Sales and Area Sales leaders.· Serves as the sales contact for customers;     主要职责:协助市场传讯总监就市场销售部日常运作的沟通,积极的接触本地及海外媒体通过新闻报道,广告和各种宣传活动提高酒店的大众认知度。作为部门行政支持的角色,负责协调外界机构和酒店其他部门。协调酒店宣传材料和广告的制作、生产及发放。工作描述:1、负责部门的日常行政工作。2、处理来电,并协助处理媒体咨询。3、协助制作和更新新闻的发布名单。4、处理新闻的发布。5、参与并协助所有关酒店的宣传活动。6、协调餐饮部以获得详细的促销宣传信息。7、协助管理酒店促销宣传的资料库并实时更新。8、协调所有酒店促销广告的设计和生产。9、进行酒店的照片采集,以备将来宣传之用。10、确保所有酒店宣传材料按照公司的标准要求准确放置。11、负责所有宣传材料的分配,并不断审视现行的分销渠道,提出改进或加强的建议。12、和区域在线团队以及市场传讯经理紧密合作, 确保酒店的即时最新消息和品牌策略一致,并即使申请酒店官网的季节性推广和登陆页面管理。13、确保品牌的连续性,包括酒店的照片,形象及任何沟通活动。14、负责全球分销系统媒体广告及关键字,负责MDS 等市场调查报告相关事宜。15、计划和执行网络营销,包括优化搜索引擎,横幅广告推广,联盟伙伴市场和电子邮件推广。16、寻找和发展创建具有本地特色的网站,能代表酒店去寻求扩展新的在线市场而得到更多的收益。17、管理并确保第三方网站的酒店信息100% 分数。18、监管第三方网站,确保内容遵循酒店品牌标准。19、以品牌策略为依据,计划与第三方渠道的沟通和推广,负责计划以及执行。20、保持与第三方主要联系人的不断沟通。负责开拓、策划并实施酒店与第三方互联网公司合作,以提升酒店房间、餐饮等收益。21、运维、管理酒店官方的社交媒体平台。22、负责察看并跟踪的所有宣传材料和广告的设计及生产费用。23、每月更新部门的实际开支记录。24、和姐妹酒店保持紧密地联系,建立集体促销及宣传模式。25、就酒店的所有促销和宣传活动,与区域相关部门和总部保持密切沟通。26、根据工作需要,参与准备每月报告和其他报告。27、按照酒店标准要求妥善着装。28、遵守酒店规范及本地法律法规履行工作职责。29、按照酒店标准建立并执行市场推广的日常运作,其中包括电话礼仪,准时出勤,酒店规定,规章制度及LSOP。30、遵守公司所有政策和流程。
