Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business Administration or equivalent. 3 years of similar experience in a luxury hospitality enviroment. Fluency in Mandarin & English is a must. Work authorization in China is a must. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries or concerns with tact and efficiency. A high energy level and a passion for achieving results. Strong Leadership skills in managing teams to drive for results. Ability to manage complex relationships.

As a Director of Business Development - MICE, we rely on you to Handles groups with more than 10 rooms for assigned markets. Oversees the day-to-day sales activities of the Convention Sales Managers and coordinators with specific responsibilities for directing sales and training. Leads the Convention Sales Team in implementing action plans and in accomplishing goals set forth in the Marketing Plan.
