    1、按时到岗，接受领班分配的任务。 　　2、做好所辖区域环境、物品设备、餐具用具的卫生清洁工作。 　　3、做好开餐前的各项准备工作，及时按要求补充各种物品。 　　4、按照标准和要求，规范摆台，布置 餐厅 ，了解预定及 菜品 酒水信息。 　　5、按照餐厅规定的服务标准和程序细心周到地做好各个环节（如迎客、 点菜、巡台、起菜、买单、送客等）的对客服务工作。 　　6、主动征询客人对菜肴和服务的意见，接受和处理客人的投诉并及时向 餐厅领班汇报。 　　7、积极参与餐厅组织的各项 培训 活动和文娱活动，不断提高服务技能、技巧，提高自身综合素质。 　　8、遵守酒店的各种规章制度。 　　9、完成上级布置的其他各项任务。

岗位职责 1.负责接受散客电话、E—mall 、传真的预订，并负责处理其订房的变更或取消。 2.完成和处理预订部、销售部送来的团队或散客订房单或变更单。 3.掌握房态和客房情况，制作有关客房经营的各种报表。 4.负责有关住房、房价、酒店服务设施及查找住客等方面的查询工作。 5.协同销售部做好客人历史档案的编写工作。 6.做好散客、团队、会议等客人的接待和入住工作。 7.了解重要客人、团队、会议的抵离情况。 8.熟悉市内交通、旅游景点、银行、邮局、商场的位置，了解当地的风土人情，随时为客人提供各种查询服务。 9.负责前台办公用品的保管。 10.负责前台范围的卫生清洁工作。了解、发现问题并及时向主管汇报。 岗位要求 1.普通话流利，能够用英语为客人提供服务。 2.具有独立解决日常问题的能力。 3.熟练操作电脑。 4.中专以上或相关学历。 5. 工作认真，理解、接受能力和自我控制能力强，能吃苦耐劳，善于应变，沉着稳重。 6. 综合素质较好，热爱酒店行业。 7.有较好的沟通和表达能力。

1、有志在酒店行业发展的在校大学生。对担任酒店管理人员具有高度期望。 2、性格开朗，热爱服务行业，吃苦耐劳，具有良好的顾客服务意识、亲和力、沟通技巧和团队合作精神； 2、良好的中英文沟通能力； 3、酒店接收前厅部、餐饮部、康乐部实习生，酒店管理、旅游管理专业学生优先考虑； 4、可接受电话或视频面试。 5、实习时间至少6个月，可接受毕业转正。
