    The Director of Sales and Marketing is the leader of the sales and marketing strategy for the hotel. This role leverages a deep understanding of the marketing and sales channels that drive business in order to maximize property sales from an occupancy, market share, profit, customer engagement, and overall best stay experience for our guests.     柏景轩.京韵店项目简介:     柏景轩·京韵品牌源北京泰富酒店二层的柏景轩中餐厅,柏景轩中餐厅2021-2024连续四年获得黑珍珠一钻,2019-2021获得金梧桐年度餐厅,2022-2023获得金梧桐二星餐厅奖,2021年获得米其林餐盘奖,还获得过福布斯·福厨、目标之选、环球美味、橄榄画报、携程美食林、BEST100中国餐厅等诸多知名餐饮奖项。     柏景轩.京韵店位于朝阳区建国门,是柏景轩品牌延伸和推广的又一倾情力作。项目位于赛特+购物中心五层,2024年3月正式营业,整体约1600平米,共有12个包间和90个散座。临街是视野广阔的落地窗,通透明亮,可近观长安街“繁华”景色;包间内一屋一景,呈现十里长街的绝版奢华街景,闹中取静。餐厅装修风格典雅时尚,精心配备专业侍酒师和专业茶艺师,适合不同需求的商务宴请、亲朋与好友聚会、会议、婚礼、宴会,冷餐酒会、下午茶、亲子宴、寿宴、商务便餐,以及高端美食品鉴会、时尚秀等等。柏景轩·京韵匠心独运地打造京韵上乘菜品外,用更好的味道、更好的原料、和更高标准演绎沁入人心的出品。  ️   在夜晚灯火辉煌的长安街畔,用一席盛宴,打开京城餐饮交流的窗口,觥筹交错间,品味出经典外的新意。 岗位名称: 店长、店总 岗位职责: 1.服从酒店餐饮总监/总经理的统一领导,负责店内的全面经营和管理工作,执行酒店和店面的一切规章制度及行政命令。 2.及时准确地向部门总监/总经理反映经营和管理中遇到的各类问题,并在接收指令后迅速、有效解决。 3.负责制定店内高标准的服务规范、程序和切实有效的营销策略,经总经理核准后负责落实实施。 4.及时关注并审核每日的营业报表,认真且仔细进行营业分析,每月针对各项营业和成本支出的数据做好各类的统计、仔细分析,并针对数据异常做出合理分析并做出相应整改计划,同时有效的进行线上、线下的经营决策方案或营销推广计划并及时上报。 5.每日定时做好厨房、厅面管理人员等参加的沟通会议,根据就餐客人的意见,改进和提高服务、菜品质量。 6.督促完成本店日常经营工作,按时作好人员记录,月末编制员工考勤表,检查员工出勤情况、仪容、仪表、个人卫生。 7.热情待客、态度谦和,常与客人沟通,征询反馈意见,妥善处理客人的投诉,不断提高服务质量。 8.加强现场管理,营业时间坚持在一线,全面掌握店内营业情况,及时发现和解决营业中出现的各种问题。 9.加强财产管理,掌握和控制好物品的使用情况,减少费用开支和物品损耗,严控成本,杜绝浪费。 10.认真抓好服务质量、菜品质量、食品卫生、环境卫生、治安安全、防火安全等几个主要环节工作,责任到人,严防各类安全事故发生。 11.随时检查设备运行状况,餐具、器具使用情况,及时保养、维护、更换,认真执行店内开支上报制度,超出职权范围的先请示后执行。 12.加强员工在岗培训工作,定期组织员工以老带新学习服务技能及营销知识。 13.业务上精益求精,不断提高管理水平,定期组织培训员工业务技能,不断的学习各项规章制度,增强本店凝聚力和竞争力。 14.定期参加酒店高层会议及组织店内管理层召开管理会议。 职位描述: 1.具有店总同等岗位经历五年以上且两年以上“黑珍珠一钻”及以上或“米其林”店工作经验; 2.具备良好的责任心及抗压能力,年龄28-35岁,女性为宜,身高1.65M以上; 3.头脑灵活,形象好、气质佳,工作计划性和条理性强以及良好的沟通应变能力; 4.熟知餐饮市场运作、网络媒介等媒体的策划和推广; 5.熟悉朝阳区域的餐饮市场,具备对外销售市场开拓和营销能力,有稳定客源。 6.熟悉社会餐饮的管理模式,有管理团队的架构人选,良好的组织、协调、团队建设和管理能力; 7.良好外围关系维护的综合能力,能及时、有效处理突发事件; 8.标准普通话,有良好的英文沟通能力。如具备WSET侍酒师三级以上等级证书优先考虑;
