    Role Purpose As General Manager you will manage the day to day leadership and direction of the hotel, maximising on sales and revenue and driving financial returns. Drive team member involvement in community organisations, activities and businesses. Develop and carry out action plans to be environmentally-conscious by taking steps to reduce the hotel’s carbon footprint. Perform other duties as assigned. May also serve as manager on duty.   What We Need from You Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Administration, Business Administration.     (此岗位非酒店内招岗位,此岗位为集团餐饮板块运营总监职位,负责香港及大陆所有餐饮品牌中西餐厅的运营管理职能) 职位概述: 作为集团公司餐饮板块的核心领导人,全面负责集团旗下所有餐饮品牌在中国大陆及香港特别行政区门店的运营管理工作。本职位需制定并执行统一的运营战略与标准,同时深度洞察两地市场差异,实现跨区域的精细化管理和业绩持续增长。最终目标是提升品牌价值、客户体验、运营效率和盈利能力。  核心职责 : 一、战略规划与目标管理 战略制定: 根据公司整体战略,制定餐饮板块的年度、季度及月度运营战略、目标、预算和行动计划。  业绩导向: 对大陆及香港所有门店的关键绩效指标(KPI)负责,包括但不限于:销售额、毛利率、净利润、客流量、客单价、成本控制等,确保达成或超越既定目标。  市场分析: 持续追踪和分析大陆与香港的餐饮市场趋势、消费者行为变化及竞争对手动态,为战略调整提供决策依据。  二、跨区域运营标准化与本地化 体系搭建: 建立、完善并推行全球统一的标准化运营管理体系(SOP),涵盖食品安全、服务质量、产品标准、门店管理等。  本地化适配: 深刻理解香港与大陆在政策法规、文化习惯、消费偏好、供应链等方面的差异,指导团队对运营策略进行必要的本地化优化,确保标准有效落地。  巡店与审计: 定期对两地门店进行巡访和运营审计,确保所有门店严格遵循公司制定的运营标准和食品安全法规,及时发现并解决问题。  三、多品牌管理与协同 品牌守护: 确保各餐饮品牌的门店运营体验与品牌定位、调性高度一致,维护和提升品牌形象。协同效应: 挖掘不同品牌之间的协同机会(如供应链整合、营销联动、会员体系互通等),实现资源优化配置和整体价值体现。  新店拓展支持: 与开发、筹建部门紧密合作,为新门店的开业提供运营层面的支持,包括人员培训、系统测试、开业营销等,确保新店顺利开业并快速步入正轨。  四、团队建设与人才发展 团队管理: 直接管理区域经理/城市经理团队,并间接领导所有门店的管理团队。建立高效、专业的运营管理梯队。  人才培养: 制定并实施人才发展计划,为核心门店管理人员制定职业生涯规划,通过培训、辅导和评估,提升整个团队的专业能力和管理水平。   绩效文化: 建立公平、激励的绩效评估体系,激发团队斗志,保留关键人才。  五、财务与成本控制 预算管理: 负责编制和监督运营预算,有效控制人力成本、物料成本、能耗及其他运营费用。  盈利能力提升: 通过数据分析,识别成本优化和效率提升的机会点,推动门店提升盈利能力。  库存与损耗管理: 监督各门店的库存管理和损耗控制流程,确保资产安全。  六、客户体验与关系维护 体验提升: 主导提升顾客整体用餐体验的项目,建立并监控客户满意度反馈机制(如NPS),针对负面反馈迅速采取改进措施。  危机处理: 建立重大客诉和突发事件的应急处理流程,并指导团队妥善处理,优化限度降低对品牌的负面影响。 任职要求: 1、教育背景: 本科及以上学历,企业管理、餐饮管理、市场营销等相关专业优先。 2、工作经验:至少 10年以上 餐饮行业运营管理经验,其中 5年以上 担任跨区域(必须包含中国大陆)多品牌运营总监或同等高级管理职位的经验。具备香港市场运营管理经验者优先考虑。拥有国际连锁餐饮品牌或知名餐饮集团工作经验者优先。 3、 核心能力:卓越的战略思维和商业洞察力,能制定并执行复杂的跨市场战略。出色的领导力和团队管理能力,能激励和培养跨地域、跨文化的大型团队。精湛的财务分析能力,精通损益表,能通过数据驱动决策。强大的沟通、协调和谈判能力,能高效与总部各部门、区域团队、供应商等进行协作。敏锐的质量和标准意识,对食品安全和客户体验有品质追求。出色的解决问题和抗压能力,能灵活应对快速变化的市场和突发状况。 4、 语言要求: 普通话流利,粤语和英语沟通能力优秀者优先。 5、 其他: 能适应高频次的两地出差。
