The incumbent is responsible for the servicing and management of specific accounts within an assigned area. They will assist the Director of Sales in focusing and motivating the sales team to achieve the room night goals for their particular market segment as laid out in the Marketing Plan.

Duties and Supporting Responsibilities
Explore new sources of business bydeveloping new contacts
Be responsible for room night and revenueproduction from allocated accounts
Monitor competitors’ performance where itrelates to their particular market segment
Entertain executives and secretaries ofpotential travel companies and in-house guests to ensure future business forthe hotel
Conduct on-site inspections for theexisting or prospective travel influencers, decision makers and end users
Be aware of current market trends andsupply competitor activity information to the Director of Sales & Marketing
Participate in sales trips and, whenrequired, complete all sales reports within 1 week of trip
Prepare weekly sales call reports
Perform other tasks, projects andassignments as designated by Hotel Management
Job Requested
Minimum 2 year relevant working experience in the internationalhotel industry.
Knowledge of MICE and other responsible marketsegment.
Excellent presentation and proactive communication skills in bothverbal and written in English and Chinese.
High flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
Possess a friendly, energized and outgoing personality.
