岗位职责 1、负责酒店会议及宴会市场的开发与维护，制定并执行销售策略，完成年度销售目标； 2、挖掘潜在客户资源，建立并维护与企事业单位、旅行社、会展公司等客户的长期合作关系； 3、跟进客户需求，提供专业的会议及宴会解决方案，协调内部资源确保活动顺利执行； 4、定期分析市场动态及竞争对手情况，调整销售策略以提升市场份额； 5、协助总监完成团队目标，带领销售团队完成业绩指标，并提供必要的培训与指导； 6、处理客户投诉及突发事件，确保客户满意度，提升酒店品牌形象。 岗位要求 1、具备优秀的销售技巧及市场开拓能力，能够独立完成客户开发与维护； 2、熟悉酒店会议及宴会业务流程，了解行业市场动态及客户需求； 3、具备较强的谈判能力、沟通能力及客户服务意识； 4、能够承受工作压力，适应灵活的工作时间安排； 5、具备团队合作精神，能够有效协调内外部资源； 6、有酒店行业销售经验者优先，但无硬性经验要求。
