1、负责茶产业信息的调研、收集与整理：熟悉茶叶的分布和各地茶叶特性，能精确地分辨出不同等级茶的品质和档次；熟悉国内各产地茶叶的品质特点、加工工艺及加工后茶叶品质鉴定、冷藏、保鲜等专业知识； 2、开发符合公司发展要求的合格茶叶供应商，评估其产能及交付合格产品的能力，确保合作供应商的稳定性，并对供应商日常订单执行情况进行评估与考核； 3、定期调查物料行情，保证采购成本的合理性； 4、运用专业知识与技能，帮助公司建立完善的茶叶原料管理制度； 5、配合品牌、研发新茶叶项目落地。
