1、 成本核算：负责相关成本的核算、费用的分摊及销售成本的结转等，确保成本数据的正确； 2、 单据核查：负责监督与跟踪各类经营中流转的单据，每月发现问题，落实责任，确保单据的准确性； 3、 成本分析与控制：负责定期对各类成本及费用进行分析，严格控制成本，配合公司完成降本工作； 4、 流程优化：负责成本相关的制度建设与流程优化，建立成本管控体系，评估成本方案，及时改进成本核算方法； 5、 存货管理：参与存货的清查盘点工作，并形成盘点报告，对盘盈盘亏存货查明原因，做好相应处理； 6、 业务支持：配合完成业务部门的日常成本相关需求，配合支持内外部审计工作及相关系统建设工作。

岗位职责： 1、战略规划与组织架构      制定景区规划、招商、运营整体战略，进行全方位的资源整合；      编制年度招商、运营目标、预算方案及绩效考核体系；      制定景区及商业项目运营管理中心的组织架构，明确各部门及岗位的职责与权限，合理分配人才，确保团队高效运作。 2、招商管理      根据景区及商业项目的业态发展要求，洞察文旅行业趋势，主导各项目内匹配的商业类型和业态的招商合作谈判、合同签订及品牌引入；      优化招商政策与收益模型，提升商业配套价值与盈利能力。 3、运营管理      统筹景区日常运营，监督服务质量、游客体验及安全管理；      制订景区及商业营销推广策略，建立有效的多渠道的对外营销体系；      协调政府、行业协会、投资方等多方资源，推动政策落地与项目合作，提升景区及商业项目形象和知名度。 4、风险控制与合规管理      确保运营符合文旅行业法规及环保要求，规避法律与财务风险；      重视安全生产，建立健全安全生产责任制，确保项目安全无事故；建立应急预案，应对突发事件。
