一、岗位职责 1. 现场安全管理 负责酒店公共区域、客房区、后厨、仓库、机房等重点区域的日常安全巡查，排查消防、治安、设备隐患并跟进整改。 监督监控室、门禁、消防系统、报警系统正常运行，发现异常及时上报并处理。 严格执行钥匙管理、贵重物品保管、现金交接、布草及物资防损流程。 2. 班组日常管理 带领防损员 / 保安员班组，合理排班、岗前训示、工作督导，确保 24 小时岗位值守到位。 检查班组仪容仪表、纪律作风、服务礼仪，符合奢华酒店标准。 记录当班安全日志、事件记录、巡检记录，确保台账规范完整。 3. 突发事件处置 第一时间处理盗窃、遗失、宾客纠纷、醉酒闹事、火情、设备故障等突发事件。 保护现场、调取监控、简单取证，按流程上报防损经理 / 副经理。 配合公安、消防等部门开展现场工作。 4. 防损与内控 协助开展内部防损工作，监督员工行为，预防内盗、浪费、资产流失。 配合完成盘点、收货、仓库管理等环节的安全监督。 协助组织部门消防演练、安全培训，落实基础安全宣导。 5. 跨部门配合 配合前厅、餐饮、客房、财务、工程等部门做好活动安保、大型宴会秩序维护。 协助 VIP 接待、重要活动的现场安全保障，兼顾安全与高端服务体验。 二、任职要求 1. 工作经验 1年以上高端 / 奢华酒店、国际品牌酒店防损、安保、安全岗位经验； 有同岗位主管经验优先，无主管经验但能力突出者可考虑。 2. 专业资质 持有消防设施操作员证（原建构筑物消防员） 必备； 有安全管理员证、急救证书、保安员证等优先。 3. 能力要求 熟悉酒店消防规范、监控系统操作、应急处置流程； 具备现场指挥、沟通协调、问题解决能力； 原则性强，同时懂服务礼仪，能适配奢华酒店对客形象要求。 4. 素质要求 身体健康，能适应三班倒 / 夜班 / 节假日值班； 责任心强、抗压能力强，处事冷静果断； 有良好的服务意识，形象端正，举止干练。
