岗位职责 1、挖掘潜在客户（如企业、婚庆公司），跟进需求并促成签约，定期回访提升复购率。 2、根据客户需求设计定制化方案（菜单、场地布置、流程），协调厨房、服务部落实细节。 3、完成月度/年度销售指标，管理合同签订、定金收取及尾款结算，确保回款效率。 4、收集行业动态及竞品信息，策划促销活动（如节日套餐、限时优惠）。 5、处理客诉与突发需求，建立客户档案，维护长期合作关系。 任职要求 1、3年以上酒店/会展行业销售经验，熟悉宴会（婚宴、商务宴等）市场及客户需求。 2、精通宴会销售全流程（报价/合同/跟进），擅长方案定制与成本核算，具备基础餐饮知识（如菜单搭配）。 3、优秀的表达能力（涉外酒店需双语），能高效对接客户、厨房及财务等多部门。 4、有独立完成年度销售目标案例，擅长客户资源开发与维护（如企业、婚庆公司）。 5、抗压性强。

岗位职责 1.起草酒店综合性的业务报告、计划、总结、决议简报及本部门的公文函件。 2.参加行政例会，做好会议记录，了解各项决定、决议的贯彻情况。 3.汇总各类报表，做好酒店大事记和外事活动日志。 岗位要求 1、大专及以上学历。具有秘书工作经验2年以上。有行政、文秘岗位工作经历者优先考虑 2、掌握酒店经营管理一般知识，熟悉酒店秘书工作和行政管理知识。 4、具有较好的协调、接待工作能力。 5、有较好的文字组织能力，能撰写各类应用文稿及计划、总结、报告等。

【岗位职责】 1、制定酒店相关模块培训计划和月度培训计划。 2、跟踪评估培训效果，进行改进。 3、按期向上级领导反馈酒店培训实施结果。 4、与相关部门进行沟通，取得培训工作所需的协助。 5、审批修订各种培训教材；负责员工考核工作的实施。 6、负责经常深入部门，了解部门的培训需要，提出可行性教学建议。 7、进行各项教学活动的联络组织工作。
