Scope of Position The Pastry Chef de Partie is responsible to assist the Sous Chef or Executive Pastry in supervising culinary operations of a specific kitchen or outlet. Maintain clear communications with the Sous Chef or Executive Pastry Chef, including all relative internal communications, and to relay all guest comments both positive and negative. Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental/hotel policies and procedures. To supervise the kitchen team and produce consistently high quality food production and presentation, always meeting agreed standards. As Income Audit Clerk you will be responsible for the following duties: This position performs all of the daily audit procedures necessary to ensure the balance & accuracy of all the financial operations and corresponding records of the Mandarin Oriental Shanghai Hotel. 【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店内外安全巡查，及时发现并处理安全隐患 2、维护酒店出入口秩序，做好来访人员登记与车辆引导 3、监控消防设备运行状态，熟悉应急预案操作流程 4、处理突发事件，及时上报并配合相关部门处置 5、保管交接班记录及安保器械，确保设备完好可用 【岗位要求】 1、身体健康，能适应倒班工作制 2、具备基本安防知识，有保安证优先 3、责任心强，具备突发事件判断处理能力 4、服从管理，遵守酒店规章制度 5、退伍军人或相关经验者可放宽条件

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店日常物资的采购工作，包括食品原料、客房用品、清洁用品等，确保采购物品的质量和数量符合酒店需求； 2、根据采购计划和库存情况，及时下单并跟进供应商交货进度，确保物资按时到位； 3、负责采购合同的谈判、签订及执行，优化采购成本，控制采购预算； 4、定期进行市场调研，了解供应商动态及市场价格变化，建立并维护优质供应商资源库； 5、负责酒店物资的验收、入库及登记工作，确保账实相符； 6、兼任司机岗位，负责酒店日常公务用车需求，包括接送客户、物资运输等； 7、负责车辆的日常维护、保养及年检，确保车辆安全运行； 8、完成上级交办的其他临时性工作任务。 【岗位要求】 1、持有C1及以上驾驶证，驾驶技术熟练，熟悉本地及周边路况，无重大交通事故记录； 2、具备基本的采购知识，了解酒店行业物资需求及采购流程者优先； 3、具备良好的沟通能力和谈判技巧，能够独立完成供应商对接及采购任务； 4、工作细致认真，责任心强，能够高效处理多任务并按时完成采购及运输任务； 5、身体健康，能够适应偶尔的加班或紧急采购、运输需求； 6、无不良嗜好，品行端正，具备团队合作精神。

【岗位职责】 1、负责酒店各类甜品的制作与研发，包括蛋糕、面包、西点等，确保出品质量与口感符合酒店标准； 2、根据季节、节日或酒店活动需求，设计并推出特色甜品，提升顾客体验； 3、严格把控原材料的选择与使用，确保食品安全与卫生标准； 4、维护甜品制作区域的设备与工具，保持工作环境整洁有序； 5、协助厨房团队完成其他相关任务，确保餐饮部门的整体运营顺畅。 【岗位要求】 1、热爱甜品制作，具备一定的甜品制作基础或相关学习经历，有酒店或烘焙行业经验者优先； 2、熟悉各类甜品的制作工艺及流程，能够独立完成常见西点、蛋糕等产品； 3、具备创新意识，能够根据市场需求或酒店要求开发新式甜品； 4、工作细致认真，责任心强，能够适应快节奏的工作环境； 5、具备良好的团队协作能力，服从工作安排，遵守酒店规章制度。
