RESPONSIBILITIES:              工作职责： ·         Post all daily transactions to the city ledger accounts. 将每日所有交易输入城市挂帐帐目。 ·         Prepare on a daily basis allowance for rooms, food and beverage and other operating departments that have bearing to the proper and correct balances of the city ledger accounts. 准备每日房间,餐饮和与其他运营部门相关城市挂帐帐目的扣减. ·         Prepare and reconcile credit card transactions and submit deposit slips which are picked up daily by the bank representative. 准备和调整信用卡交易，提交银行代表每日收取的存款单。 ·         Ensure that all city ledger charges reconcile with the Income Audit daily report and that all supporting documents are on file. 所有城市挂帐费用与收入审计每日报告一致，所有备份文件有存档。 ·         Prepare billing statements to all city ledger accounts in accordance with the billing schedule or as required.  All billing statements/invoices must be reviewed by the Ops Fin Manager before this is mailed out to clients. 根据帐单计划或安排，准备所有城市挂帐对帐单．在邮寄给客户前，所有对帐单/发票必须经过应财务运营经理审核。 ·         Prepare pro-forma invoices as required by Sales / Banquet or Front Office as requested by client. ·         根据销售部／宴会需要或者前台客人需要准备发票。 ·         Responsible for the proper maintenance of complete and up to date supporting documents for all city ledger / credit card charges. 负责保管所有城市挂帐／信用卡收费完整和更新的备份文件。 ·         Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time by the supervisor 主管安排的其他工作 ·         Is flexible in relation to working hours, particularly around month end. 灵活的工作时间,特别是在月末. ·         Handles all requests and enquiries in a timely, efficient and friendly manner. 及时,有效,友好地处理所有要求和询问. ·         To perform any additional tasks assigned to ensure that the hotel functions smoothly. 执行一切额外的工作,以确保酒店顺利运作. 工作职责： 1. 负责礼宾部日常运营管理，统筹安排岗位班次，确保服务质量与运营效率。 2. 指导并监督礼宾员提供宾客接待、行李接送、问询指引、车辆调度等标准化服务。 3. 处理宾客投诉与特殊需求，提升客户满意度，维护企业服务形象。 4. 协同前厅部、客房部及其他相关部门开展联动服务，保障宾客体验流畅。 5. 组织部门培训与业务考核，持续提升团队专业能力与服务意识。 6. 定期检查礼宾区域设施设备运行情况，确保环境整洁、安全有序。 任职资格： 1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游服务或相关专业优先。 2. 具有2年以上高星级酒店礼宾服务或相关岗位工作经验，1年以上团队管理经验。 3. 熟悉酒店前厅服务流程，具备良好的服务意识与应急处理能力。 4. 具备较强的沟通协调能力、组织管理能力及团队协作精神。 5. 形象端正，亲和力强，普通话流利，具备基本英语会话能力者优先。 6. 能适应轮班工作制，服从工作安排，遵守职业道德规范。

工作职责： 1. 负责礼宾部的日常运营管理，统筹安排部门人员工作，确保服务质量符合酒店标准。 2. 制定并优化礼宾服务流程与操作规范，提升客户满意度与服务效率。 3. 处理宾客重大投诉及特殊需求，提供个性化接待服务，维护酒店良好形象。 4. 协调与其他部门的工作衔接，保障宾客在入住、离店等环节的服务顺畅。 5. 组织部门员工培训与考核，提升团队专业素质和服务意识。 6. 监督礼宾区域设备设施运行情况，确保环境整洁、安全、有序。 任职资格： 1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先。 2. 具有3年以上高星级酒店礼宾部或前厅部工作经验，其中至少1年以上管理经验。 3. 熟悉酒店前厅服务流程，具备良好的服务意识和突发事件应对能力。 4. 具备较强的沟通协调能力、团队管理能力和抗压能力。 5. 普通话流利，具备基本英语沟通能力者优先。 6. 为人正直诚信，遵守职业道德，无不良从业记录。

工作职责： 1. 负责宴会现场的服务管理，统筹安排服务员的工作任务，确保服务流程顺畅高效。 2. 协调与厨房、采购、客户等相关部门及人员的沟通，保障宴会各环节有序进行。 3. 指导并培训新入职服务员，提升团队整体服务水平与专业素养。 4. 监督宴会服务质量，及时处理宾客意见与突发情况，提升客户满意度。 5. 负责宴会前的场地布置、物品准备及宴会后的整理总结工作，确保符合运营标准。 任职资格： 1. 大专学历，具备2年及以上餐饮或宴会服务相关工作经验，有领班管理经验者优先。 2. 熟悉宴会服务流程和餐饮行业服务标准，具备较强的现场协调与应变能力。 3. 具备良好的沟通能力、团队管理能力及服务意识，能够承受一定工作压力。 4. 遵守职业道德，无不良记录，能够严格遵守企业规章制度。 5. 身体健康，形象端正，具备履行岗位职责所需的身体条件。

工作职责： 1. 协助餐厅经理制定并执行日常运营计划，确保餐厅高效、有序运行。 2. 负责现场运营管理，包括服务质量监控、顾客投诉处理及突发事件应对，提升顾客满意度。 3. 参与员工排班、培训与绩效管理，协助提升团队服务意识与业务能力。 4. 监督食品安全、卫生标准及设备维护，确保符合国家相关法规与公司标准。 5. 协助完成成本控制、库存管理及营收目标达成，定期提交运营分析报告。 任职资格： 1. 大专及以上学历，具备2年以上餐饮行业管理工作经验。 2. 熟悉餐厅运营流程，具备良好的组织协调与现场应变能力。 3. 具备较强的服务意识和团队管理能力，能够有效激励员工提升绩效。 4. 了解食品安全与卫生管理相关法律法规，具备合规运营意识。 5. 能够适应轮班工作制，承受一定的工作压力，具备良好的沟通与抗压能力。

工作职责： 1. 负责制定并实施公司数字渠道与分销战略，提升线上销售业绩和市场占有率。 2. 统筹管理各数字销售渠道（包括电商平台、自营官网、社交零售等），优化渠道布局与运营效率。 3. 建立并维护与关键数字渠道合作伙伴的长期合作关系，推动资源协同与业务增长。 4. 分析市场趋势与竞品动态，定期输出渠道运营数据报告，为决策提供支持。 5. 协同市场、产品及供应链团队，推进新品上线、促销活动及库存管理等跨部门协作事项。 6. 指导团队完成渠道规则合规、价格体系管控及品牌形象统一等工作。 任职资格： 1. 本科及以上学历，市场营销、工商管理、电子商务或相关专业优先。 2. 具备3年以上数字渠道管理或电商运营管理经验，有快消、零售或互联网行业背景者优先。 3. 熟悉主流电商平台（如天猫、京东、拼多多等）及新兴社交电商模式的运营规则与发展趋势。 4. 具备较强的商业分析能力、沟通协调能力和团队管理能力，能有效推动跨部门合作。 5. 结果导向，具备良好的抗压能力与创新意识，能够适应快速变化的市场环境。
