【岗位职责】 1、与既有的客户和潜在的客户及合作伙伴保持密切的联系。 2、高效认知和掌握销售线索。 3、代表酒店参加国际及国内的销售活动。 4、发挥创造力，为酒店的产品及部门做出应有的贡献。 5、仔细计划与客户的会面，对预定的客户实施客户关系管理，完成销售目标。 6、在所负责的市场区域内，监视和报告市场及竞争者的情况。 7、准备销售报告，确保市场及客户信息的准确性，以便于工作的跟进。 8、积极地传播产品信息，在负责的市场内营造酒店的知名度。 9、在所负责的区域内，与市场销售总监一起计划销售攻势，并确保其实现。 10、主动参与，完成各种销售报告。 11、协助计划和配合销售活动。 12、协助配合开发制作所有酒店促销材料。 13、管理客户档案数据库，手工或以电脑更新客户档案。 14、不断地对下属员工给予持续建议及支持。 15、执行上级要求的任务，完成市场销售目标。 16、遵守酒店酒店的员工守则。 17、遵守酒店酒店的政策及程序。 18、坚持不断的对自己的表现进行分析评估。 19、完成上级交给的其他任务 【岗位要求】 1、具备领导才能，了解所负责部门对各职位的责任。 2、掌握使用互联网及其它主要电脑系统的知识。 3、掌握应用销售及前台的电脑系统。 4、了解商务旅游、旅游业国际市场，会议旅游及餐饮销售。 5、能够掌握和理解市场和竞争。 6、必须具备良好的中，英文读写能力。 7、良好的电脑技能，至少会使用微软2003或以上操作系统、微软办公软件2003或更高版本、互联网及其它的流行出版软件。 8、良好的人际交往和沟通技巧。 9、独立工作和团队工作的能力。 10、全日制大专及以上学历，待人热情，语言表达能力强，善于与人沟通交流，有一定的客户拓展能力，熟悉本地区市场，有3年以上酒店营销工作经验。

40岁以下，大专及以上学历，设计、广告、新闻相关专业毕业，能熟练使用photoshop、CAD等软件，能进行平面设计、素材编辑及活动策划方案的设计及撰写，有国际连锁酒店宣传设计工作经验。

1.协助市场营销经理编制和执行酒店的全年市场推广计划。 2.保持市场推广活动与酒店主要业务细分市场的一致性，确保活动中对投资回报率 (ROI) 有明确的时间和预算支持。 3.协助市场营销经理发展良好的媒体关系，策划新闻发布会以及其它公关活动，提高酒店知名度和抵销负面影响。 4.通过发送新的酒店报道、推广或活动的新闻稿给媒体、商业刊物和本地社区，建立持续的酒店知名度。 5.协助市场营销经理管理酒店的市场活动，包括预算，客人名单、议程、计划、媒体参与、摄影、视频及礼品。 6.根据品牌标准，设计并制作酒店和市场推广的宣传印刷品。 7.管理IHG酒店HCM内容管理系统，更新文字和图像，优化内容质量并最好地呈现品牌标准。 8.管理酒店图像数据库包括官方酒店照片和活动照片等，用于酒店推广。 9.管理酒店社会化媒体平台，支持策略性促销活动，建立酒店客户数据库。 10.关注竞争对手的知名度及推广活动，并协助市场营销经理制定策略时充分利用信息。 能够熟练操作各种Adobe设计类软件、剪辑类软件，具备一定创新思维，有较强文字写作能力，英文听说读写精通，有新媒体对接实践经验和国际连锁酒店相关工作经验。

1.主管各项餐饮业务，确保高质量的服务和标准。 2.制定部门年度预算与财务计划。监控预算并控制费用，重点监督食品、酒水与人力成本。 3.积极发掘提高营收的各种销售机会，推出各种就餐体验的促销活动。 4.处理员工日常事务，提高团队成员绩效。 5.制定并达成质量目标与宾客满意度目标。礼貌、迅速、高效地对所有宾客提出的问题、投诉或要求予以响应，确保达到较高的客户满意度。 6.管理本地餐饮市场营销计划；参与并维护整个系统内的各种餐饮市场营销计划和促销活动。跟踪本地竞争酒店动向及行业趋势。 7.确保食品、饮料、库存及设备的安全储存，及时、高效地补充供货，同时降低浪费的情况。 善于沟通交流，熟悉当地餐饮行业市场，熟知并落实食品安全相关规定，能够挖掘有效资源，有较强的数据分析能力、品牌推广能力、菜品研发及菜单编排能力，有5年以上国际连锁酒店餐饮团队管理经验。
