【岗位职责】1. 负责宴会/会议影音设备（音响、投影、LED屏等）搭建与调试； 2. 活动现场影音设备操作、实时监控及突发故障处理； 3. 活动后设备拆卸、清洁、保养及入库存放； 4. 与相关部门沟通，明确影音需求并提供技术支持； 5. 完成设备台账记录及上级交办的其他相关工作。【岗位要求】具备 1 年以上影音设备操作、调试及维护相关工作经验，熟悉音响、投影、LED 屏、灯光等常用宴会影音设备的原理及操作方法。能快速排查和解决设备常见故障，具备一定的技术应急处理能力。

【岗位职责】1、疏导过往车辆，保障大堂门前过往车辆行人的安全，使门前畅通无阻。2、服务周到热情，见宾客主动问好，对乘车宾客要协助迎宾员照料宾客下车。3、保证酒店和宾客的生命财产安全。4、保持好与大门岗及停车场岗位的联系使车辆有序出入停放。5、加强巡逻，发现可疑情况，视情况处理或及时向上级报告。6、一般性纠纷和事故立即按程序处理，并及时请示汇报。7、一旦酒店发生火灾应立即报警，按火灾处理程序向有关人员进行报告。【岗位要求】1、持有消防设施操作员中级证书。2、良好沟通能力，较强服务意识3、具有较好的协调能力，懂得一定安全保卫知识。

【岗位职责】1、协助经理监督传菜部的服务。2、与厨师合作并监督菜肴，准确送至餐桌。3、精通食品知识及其准备工作。4、确保用具处于干净良好的状态。5、确保开餐前有充足的调味品及调料。6、确保收餐工作按程序进行。7、确保执行每月的盘点。【岗位要求】1、初中及以上学历，具有3年以上本岗位工作经验。2、热爱本职，有较强的事业心和责任感，工作认真负责。3、掌握一定的菜肴、食品、酒水、烹饪等方面的知识 。4、具有熟练的服务技能和技巧，能胜任餐厅各种传菜服务工作。

【岗位职责】根据工作标准、备料单、照片及上级指示准备食物，协助厨师长培训员工。参与提供食品发展，保证厨房运作的顺利进行。当接到指示时厨房的所有区域都要进入工作状态。协助管理员工，为员工发展提供帮助。参与食物的质量控制，提高产品的菜色和味道。【岗位要求】中专及以上学历，酒店工作经验者优先；具备有与本职位相配的西餐烹饪知识，高效率，高质量完成本职工作；能够完善有必要的工作技巧，提供工作方面知识培训，并帮助员工达到标准

【岗位职责】1、掌握点心的制作技术，掌握各种点心的风味。2、负责内部日常所用原料的领用，协助制定采购计划。3、严格执行食品卫生法则，把好质量关，搞好本区域卫生，要求工具清洁，摆放整齐。【岗位要求】1、 初中以上学历，有五星级酒店工作经验优先2、 熟悉餐饮的相关知识及礼仪。3、 熟练面点制作。

【岗位职责】1、掌握点心的制作技术，负责制作各种面点及配料，掌握各种点心的风味。2、负责内部日常所用原料的领用，协助制定采购计划。3、严格执行食品卫生法则，把好质量关，搞好本区域卫生，要求工具清洁，摆放整齐。4、掌握食品成本核算，协助厨师长制定点心部供应的面点及售价以及毛利率核算。5、注意安排各种宴会技术力量的合理分配，保证生产流程畅通，合理使用货源，按季节定期更换花色品种，不断改革更新，满足客人要求。6、合理使用原材料。【岗位要求】1、 高中及以上学历，有在星级酒店或西餐厅从事面点制作工作经验2年以上。2、 熟练面点制作工艺及技能。
