岗位职责 1.有效地督导本组服务人员，优质高效地完成各项对客人的餐饮服务。 2.   检查服务员的仪表仪态，凡达不到标准与规范要求的不能上岗；为良好的个人卫生和统一制服而感到自豪。监督服务员的具体操作，发现问题及时纠正，保证服务员工作符合操作标准。 3.   完成餐饮部分配的工作，领导本班服务员做好开餐前的准备工作，落实每天卫生工作计划，保持餐厅整洁，着重检查用品、物品是否备齐、清洁和无破损；检查桌椅的摆放是否规范，菜单、酒具是否卫生并无破损；按照领班检查工作程序逐项检查，发现不能解决的问题及时报告餐饮部经理。 4.   注意客人用餐情况，随时满足客人各种用餐需求。遇有重要客人和服务员人手不够时要亲自参与服务。督导服务员向客人推荐特别菜点、饮料，主动介绍菜单。 5.   增强员工管理提高员工的积极性，加强团队建设，根据需要，对员工进行培训。 检查厅、门、电器开关、空调开关、音响情况，做好安全和节电工作。如有客人遗物，应及时上报餐厅经理并上交。 岗位要求 1.中专以上或同等学历毕业； 2.必须具备1年以上同等岗位工作经验； 3.具有良好的外表、和开朗的性格 4.具有较强的管理能力、及良好的人际关系。
