岗位职责： 1. 负责布草房的日常运营，制定并优化布草收发、储存及报损的全套工作流程与标准，确保高效无误； Be responsible for the daily operation of the linen room, formulate and optimize the complete workflow and standards for linen receiving, sending, storage and damage reporting to ensure efficiency and accuracy; 2. 建立并执行严格的布草库存管理制度，定期组织盘点，分析流转数据，控制损耗，协助编制采购计划以合理控制成本； Establish and implement strict linen inventory management systems, regularly organize inventory checks, analyze circulation data, control losses, and assist in formulating procurement plans to reasonably control costs; 3. 严格把关布草收发的质量检查，监督破损与污渍布草的分拣与处理，作为关键协调人，高效对接客房部、餐饮部及洗衣房，确保布草供应及时响应运营需求。 Strictly control the quality inspection of linen receiving and sending, supervise the sorting and handling of damaged and stained linen, and as a key coordinator, efficiently connect with housekeeping, catering and laundry departments to ensure that linen supply responds to operational needs in a timely manner. 任职要求： 1. 年龄25-40周岁，大专及以上学历； Aged 25-40, college degree or above; 2. 拥有2年以上高星级酒店布草房、洗衣房或房务部相关管理经验，精通酒店布草管理体系与流程； With more than 2 years of relevant management experience in high-star hotel linen rooms, laundry rooms or housekeeping departments, proficient in hotel linen management systems and processes; 3. 具备出色的团队管理、组织协调能力和强烈的成本控制意识，具备良好的沟通技巧和服务于一线部门的意识。 Possess excellent team management, organization and coordination abilities, a strong sense of cost control, good communication skills and awareness of serving front-line departments.

1. 制定并达成门店业绩目标，管控成本与运营数据。 2. 负责团队招聘、培训、考核，搭建服务SOP。 3. 维护VIP客户，处理客诉，提升复购率。 4. 统筹门店日常运营，确保合规经营。  任职要求  1. 25-45岁，形象佳，3年以上美容院管理经验，有业绩达标案例。 2. 懂皮肤管理专业知识，具备销售、带教与抗压能力。 3. 熟练使用办公软件，能完成数据汇报。  薪资福利无责底薪+个人/全店提成+奖金，综合15000-50000元/月； 五险+带薪年假，包吃住
