岗位职责 1.掌握所负责楼层的住客状况，提供对客服务。 2.管理好楼层定额物品，严格控制客用品消耗，做好废品回收。 3.负责对结帐房间的查房工作。 4.负责查收宾客洗衣、酒水的送回和补充工作。 5.负责楼层公共区域卫生的清洁工作和部分房间的清洁工作。 6.负责杯具的清洁与消毒工作。 7.负责脏布草的收集、更换与新布草的折叠、摆放工作。 8.完成易耗品的每期盘点工作。 岗位要求 1.热爱酒店行业，具有对客服务意识。 2.中专及以上学历。 3.有客房工作经验者优先考虑。 4.具有良好的沟通能力，可妥善解答客人疑问等事宜。 5.身体健康，相貌端正。 6.接受过正规客房服务工作培训。 其他：劳动合同签订岗位为：管理技术岗位或生产操作岗位，职务或工种为：酒店服务。 考虑到酒店服务业的流动性，宾馆每个工作日均对上述招聘岗位的投放简历人员进行资格筛选，并对符合基本任职条件的应聘者预约现场面试时间，请各应聘者随时留意相关通知。

Assist Captain and Management in taking food and beverage orders; retrieve and serve alcoholic / non-alcoholic beverages and food orders to guest tables; Perform according to standards on table service in assigned station according to restaurants specifications, courteously and efficiently. Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant area and equipment. Work in accordance to Managers and other superior’s request, Besides the mentioned all critical tasks, for cross over lateral service in different department are required. 协助餐厅领班和上级接受客人食品和酒水的点单，为顾客提供含酒精/不含酒精的饮料和食物并送至客人的餐桌。根据餐厅的服务规范，亲切礼貌高效率的为顾客提供服务。协助维护餐厅的设备设施。完成经理和其他主管布置的工作， 除了做好自己本部门的工作之外，在有需要的情况下协助其他部门的工作安排。

1、Complete all kinds of activity sales target. 完成各项即时性销售任务。 2、Perform other related duties & special projects as assigned by the supervisor 随时执行上级分配的其他相关任务或特殊项目 3、Plans and manages sales calls according to Account Management procedures adhering with Accorhotel standards on an annual, monthly, weekly and daily basis. 以雅高酒店的标准通过客户管理程序规划和管理年度、月度、每周和每日销售拜访 4、Handles all enquiries and leads from potential clients which involves meeting, site inspection, entertainment, negotiation and contract writing, attending promotional functions organized by the hotel. 处理所有潜在客户的咨询，包括会议、实地考察、娱乐项目、谈判和撰写合同，并参加推广活动和酒店组织的活动。 5、Participates in sales activities by identifying potential customers whether from existing or new accounts, selling through tele-sales or sales calls and participating in hotel sales blitz to develop new business and follows up. 参加由现有的或新的潜在客户的销售活动，通过电话拜访和参加酒店的商业活动并跟进。 6、Maintains good relations and solicits daily room night production of individual and groups business from the existing and new accounts in order to meet sales targets. 与现有的客户保持良好的关系并征求所有现有的个人、团队，会议每天晚上需要的房间数，以达到酒店的销售目标。 7、Plans, coordinates and supervises with the help of various departments that clients' specific requirements are adhered to ensure their satisfaction. 在各部门的协助下计划，协调与监督以确保客户的特殊要求得到帮助，确保客户的满意。 8、Keeps two-way communications between clients and hotel, ensuring clients are kept updated with latest development in hotel, and senior management are kept updated on changes in companies, market events, market trends, customer feedback on hotel and competitor activities. 保持与客户之前的双向沟通，确保客户及时了解酒店的最新发展情况，并及时了解公司变化、市场事件、市场趋势、客户对于酒店及竞争对手活动的反馈。 9、Maintains updated records and call results, potentials, productivity, competitive information, rate history, etc. in Fidelio. 保持随时更新记录和电话结果，潜在客户、生产率、竞争者资料和房价历史等。 10、Produces daily & weekly productivity reports stating leads, tentative and confirmed bookings and lost business, and corrective actions taken.
