    1、负责酒店客房及公共区域的日常清洁与维护工作，确保环境整洁、舒适； 2、按标准流程整理客房，包括更换床单、补充洗漱用品、清洁卫生间等； 3、检查客房设施设备是否完好，发现问题及时报修； 4、协助客人处理入住期间的合理需求，提供优质的客房服务； 5、遵守酒店安全及卫生标准，确保工作区域符合规范； 6、完成上级安排的其他临时性工作任务。 【岗位要求】 1、身体健康，能适应站立工作及一定体力劳动； 2、具备良好的服务意识，耐心细致，责任心强； 3、能够接受倒班工作制（含夜班）； 4、有酒店客房服务经验者优先，无经验可培训上岗； 5、具备基本的沟通能力，能与团队协作完成工作。

    1. 负责为下榻酒店的宾客办理入住登记手续，发放房卡；顺利为客人办理离店手续； 2.  熟悉预订资料，了解客情，尤其要记住即将来店的贵宾，常客的姓名，了解酒店活动 ； 3. 熟悉酒店的销售政策，熟练掌握店内外信息，提供准确问询服务； 4. 掌握客房预订情况，向部门经理报告重要团体和客人的预订情况，检查VIP通知单的发送情况，负责VIP接待工作的落实； 5. 建立良好的宾客关系（团队负责人/回头客），努力增加房间销售。
